Action Automotive deserves more than an A+. I've dealt with a few mechanics and shops in the past, and I have to say: I am wowed. I called because I was having issues with shaky brakes in my (new) used car. The main mechanic explained that it sounded like they were worn or warped -- similar to the problems his wife had in her similar vehicle -- but that it was possible the brakes may need replacing. He took the time to explain what could be going on -- he didn't rush through it. I told him the time I was available to drop off the car, and he told me to call Friday morning to see whether it would be better to wait 'til Monday or if he could get me in Friday. (This was fine; I was free both days). He got me in Friday. I asked how expensive it would be if the brakes needed replacing (which was the more expensive of the possible solutions). He checked the prices and let me know how much it should be. I asked if he could take a look under the hood to see if anything needed replacing -- he said he'd do it for free. He met all of his commitments -- the price was exact, he checked out under the hood. Also, the second mechanic fixed the sticking starter by putting in some graphite -- and he said that if the problem starts reoccurring, to come by and he'd add some more. I'm thrilled -- this was the best experience I've had with an automotive repair shop. The mechanics are amazingly kind, patient, and thorough. They've won a repeat customer, and I intend on telling everyone I know about them.

I had my oil changed & tires rotated twice @ Kwik Kar Oil & Lube in Carthage, TX. I went to Pippen Chevrolet in Carthage, TX to have my oil changed & tires rotated because they (Pippen) will do the work for 1/2 of what it cost @ Kwik Kar. I orginaly started with Pippen by taking my wife Suburban there. That is how I came to the knowledge of the price difference. The last time I took my Ford into Kwik Kar, they stripped my oil drain plug out. I didn't find this out till Pippen brought it to my attention. This being the first time Pippen had touched my Ford, I knew they had not stripped the plug. I called Kwik Kar to bring me a replacement plug. They did so after making me wait 1 hr. I was also charged $5 for the drain plug. In my opinion, I should have not been charged for something that I didn't no mess up. I refuse to go to a place that charges double on the exact same service. Their customer service is sub-par in my opinion also.

I got a truck an trailer wash an it was by far better than the Streakin Beacon!!!Real nice and clean waiting area with professional service. would highly recommend.

I have been using 4th Street for years for all of my mechanical work. The guys there are always friendly and fair. I normally dont write online reviews, but last week when I went in David, the owner, saved me over $1400 by telling me what was reallyu wrong with my car instead "fixing" what I thought was broken. I have even witnessed them pumping gas for elderly people on several occasions! Where else can you find service like that?!

Amazing service! I was very impressed, not only with the work done on my car, but the way I was treated! The front desks were all smiles and very helpful in every question I asked! So grateful for Automotive Super Center! I will definitely be recommending them to everyone I know!

I dropped my car off at 8am 9/18/2014 and went to get it at 5pm. When i got there the door was already open. I hopped in and met my mother and some co-workers one block over at my place of business. When i got out and shut the door I noticed a HUGE dent in the side of my left front finder. (as you guessed previously not there) I drove back down to talk to them about it and they would not own up to it. After an hour back and forth conversation, I left with a half cleaned vehicle that i paid $150 to get detailed and a $400 dent. I would NOT recommend this business to ANYONE. If you are local to there and would like to stay close there is a place on the corner of high and center st.

CNAC and JD Byrider are a fraud!!! They have fake insurance they make you pay for. The Insurance will not pay you for any damages to your car. If you are 1 day late they harrass you like crazy, Theyve made me lose my job cause they wont stop bugging me. They owe me $1850 for damages to my car and the so called insurance Ive been paying for for over a year refuses to pay me,its property Damage and in the state of Texas its the law you have 2 years to claim property damage. I had to wait 8 months for a police report after my car getting shot at and they say I took too long to report and claim it. I also told the lady that worked there the day after it happened about it,and she said get a police report, but it took me months to get one. They asked me for the police report,I sent it to them,they asked me for a repair quote ,I sent that and pictures too, then a week later they denied me coverage and payment for damages. I have always been on time or early on my payments until they did this to me recently. They are harrassing me for a payment but refuse to pay me what they owe me. I found out this Insurance is a fake and demanded my payments for no good insurance refunded and they refused that too. They also sold me a car that has a CARFAX report of 37 accidents for $16000 with finance charges and interest!!!. Like I said they are bugging me for a $212 payment when they owe me much more than that!!! DONT EVER BUY A CAR FROM THEM!!!!

Eagle Auto Glass of Longview told me my cab brake light was leaking when actually it was the rear window. I poured water on where I thought it was leaking, not wetting brake light at all, and the water poured in. I called them and they stuck to their test results, that they say showed the brake light was where the water was coming in. I wanted to take the pickup back and show them, but they wanted me to make another appointment for a 5 min test. Not sure what's up with that, but I will get someone else to repair the window.

My vehicle stayed on th lift for two hours without doing anything to it while I patiently waited for th oil change and wheel aliegnment. Total trip was three and a half hours then tried to con me into buying tires and shocks. Would not recommend this facility for anyone. Very unsatisfied.
