I called the facility to inquire about some ac work and was very disrespected due to me wanting to buy the parts and just have them installed by the facility. I was informed by the owner that he cannot make any money if everyone come to his place and only want parts installed ( he would have to purchase the parts so that he can mark them up and make a profit). I will never refer anyone to do business with this facility. Very poor customer service.

This place is so unprofessional, dishonest, and rude. They told me they do diagnosis for $29.99 but charged me for $70 instead. Their reason is that i turned down the first price the first time. That does not make any sense. Also they did not clarify that $70 is the regular price. It is so cheap to make business like that. So make a low price just to attract customers but charge them extra when they actually go there? Just give me the original price, don't play any games. I would still go there to check my car because it is still cheaper than dealers. Now after all these dishonest act, i will never go to this place, same goes to EVERYONE that I know. When i confront them, they gave me rude attitude and saying come back another day if i want to keep on arguing or robbing the place??! No body is going to rob you, YOU robbed me!! what an attitude. I am not a complaining person but this is so unprofessional and this is not how you do business for what i know. So Do not ever go there, it is the last place on this earth that you will go for your car. Actually, cross that off, i would rather let me car die on the road than take my precious car to that damn place.
