brought my Mercedes in for a diagnostic. I was in a frantic and the front staff calmed me down and reassure me everything would be fine. they gave me a ride to my house. later on that day I got a call from mike and he explained to me what was going on with my vehicle. naturally I thought im a woman the bill going to be outrages but I was wrong it was really affordable and my car was running perfectly after the repair. I picked the car up they detailed it and I told mike I didn't ask for a detail he was like don't worry about it its on the house I am beyond satisfied with this REPAIR facility. they are professional and they really care about their customers, I will be back and highly recommend.

I found Japanese Auto Care on Angie's List and went to them because of the great reviews, and of course because my sister and I both needed major repairs done on our vehicles. One is a Toyota Camry and the other is an old Ford Explorer. The Camry had (still has) an oil leak and the Explorer was (still is) stalling, overheating, leaking A/C, and shaking when the brakes are applied. So that's us in a nutshell. As for the folks at Japanese Auto, they are a father-son team with other mechanics in their employ. I will say that they seemed quite personable both on the phone and in person. Unfortunately, based on the odd and incorrect things they've said to us, they don't seem to know vehicles at all, or are playing dumb to con their customers...but I'm guessing it's the latter rather than the former. Here's an example: the son told me the tires on my Ford were old and needed to be replaced - except that I know that I have nearly BRAND NEW Michelins on there, so??? So when my sister noticed that her Camry CONTINUED to indicate an oil leak AFTER Japanese Auto charged her $1,344.47 for "fixing" it, she had two mechanics at another auto place confirm what she suspected. She went back to Japanese Auto because she thought the nature of the repair may have been complicated and that they had just made a mistake - well trusting them was her mistake. The son actually seemed confused by her request to rectify the issue, and after having her vehicle "checked" (whether they even took a sideways glance at it is questionable) for THE SECOND TIME, came back with the claim that the radiator suddenly needed to be replaced, so they charged her ANOTHER $335.77(?!) and said nothing of oil leak until she made repeated inquiries. Now how is it they missed the radiator problem THE FIRST TIME? The simple answer is that they are making things up. As for my Ford, when I realized that it is in the exact condition NOW as it was in BEFORE I went to Japanese Auto, I refused to take it back to them

I delt with Art .I will say that Art is a very nice man makes you feel good and calm .I would rate him alone number one in Customer Service ! I had moved and left my car to come back and get it .But of course thanks to the great landlord services in Fl.There words aren't the best .Art went and towed my 97 GmC to his shop waited for me to send my key .*** Then finding out there were other issues wasn't my cup of tea . I had some choices to make from afar . Now I guess all I can say is that .I as I a woman in the Automotive industruty really wouldn't just let her car go for $200 dollars now . So I found thatArt was the one person that made me feel the best about me deciding but hard to take my car from the shop for a second oppinion .And we all deserve this .But leaving me with a $175.00 tow bill because I wasn't fixing it there ? LOL wow amazing how scamming thing can end up in the end .But I still like Art !

Angelo and his team team are amazing. Ive taken my car there for years, on multiple occassions I compared their prices to other mechanics and they were always much lower. One time when I coukdnt afford a new muffler I needed very badly, they fixed it basically for free. Ive had so many great experiences there I cant even list them all. I reccommend everyone I know to go here.

This Midas location is less than 5 minutes from my house so I always use them. Not just for the convienience, but for the guys that run it, and the excellent service they provide. They remember my name, my car, and my wife. One day I dropped my car off to be serviced and was waiting for my wife to get out of work to pick me up. One of the mechanics shift was over so he offered to run me up the street to my house. They remember what service you got last time you were in and ask you how its been working out for you. They are very honest and straight forward. If you need something done you didn't know about they will let you know and give you an estimate, as well as a timeline for which you should have it done. These guys are very nice and they work fast. Midas is not the little oil change chain I thought it was. Its an actual garage, with many services available for a great value.

Sales persons are nice also mg until service damaged my car. They would fix it and damage something else. Gen mg was doing good with the mess that was keeping up. Was someone messing with me and mg? Just kidding.lol Both service mg and general manager blown up marching around and SCARED me off.I got a new car from them. I was so happy ,then took it into service to only get it damaged over and over. Weird. Mg should had blow up to service not to coustomer.Service mg was mean. Made me feel I was the one beating my car up. District mg nice but damage not fully done.He had my car done at another Mazda. He did do what he seen and promised at the time he was there. With all the mg yelling and finger pointing I went blank to show everything that was wrong at to that District mg. I will live with it because this strange thing just might start again. Very shameful for how this dealership handled their mess ups. I am so over this. Next Mazda service will be far far away.
