Amazing Customer service. Amazing facility and quick service. There was coffee with a real mugs, good music, magazines and Wi-Fi. This was by far the best experience I've ever had getting my car worked on. Thank you!

Very Dishonest shop... Charge for service that was NEVER provided

5 STAR service- I can't say enough about Craig and the excellent service and attention given to my car repair. I was traveling thru Hinesville, GA and need someone to look at my car - a funny noise, and oil leaking where it shouldn't. I searched the internet and found Craig's shop (Auto-Mobile Service and Repair) with existing good reviews and a BBB rating of A+ ! Very often a business in a small town, especially on a Saturday, close at 12pm. By 9:00am Craig had looked at the car - made a quick assessment, started calling around for the part; by 10:30am I knew how much it would cost, and how long it would take to fix. Maybe he could have taken advantage of my situation, but he certainly didn’t! (a woman, an out of ‘town-er’, and someone needing to get back on the road) – The repair price was more than reasonable and everything was done perfectly. Craig was a man of his word and worked past his normal Saturday hours to help me (a stranger) out. He treated me with dignity and respect – and made the car repair experience a good one. If I lived in the town or that general area – I’d take all my auto work to him. Craig - you are a gem. Sincere appreciation – Thank you, Craig. (Peggy)

One Star Is Being Generous! Heed Review. I purchased on old vanity to refurbish and needed a mirror and a piece of glass cut for the vanity. I made a template and took measurements and went to this company on the advice from a woman at Lowes. I picked up the pieces and did not inspect them on site as they were wrapped, I didn't have the furniture with me, and I had given them a template. When I got home and unwrapped the mirror, it was not at all like the template. I called and explained the situation to the extremely rude lady who works the front desk and ended up going back to the store where she was unbelievably rude again and stated she couldn't see anything wrong. When I showed her the error and told her how I rude I thought she had been from the get go, she advised I bring the piece into the store. So I made another trip, each trip a 20 minute drive, and finally got the mirror cut correctly: however, they nicked the vanity in several places which I had to fix. I called the store several days later, Dec 22nd, and asked for the owner. The rude receptionist stated he wasn't in and I said I would try after the holidays. I never left a message or my name, but 20 minutes later, my phone rings and someone named Jimmy, who was also rude, said the owner knew about the situation and I could come to the store by noon on Dec 22nd for a refund. I was in the middle of packing to move to Ft Jackson and could not make it in 45 minutes, so I called my hairdresser who is in the same strip mall to walk down and get my monies as I would see her in 2 weeks. She kept her phone on so I could hear them and they were all whooping and hollering. I was amazed how they were acting. They would not give her my money and I decided to resort to the BBB.

This company was great they saved me about 125.00 dollars ....now days its good to be able to find small business that are reasonable affordable and honest highly recommended......They have a new phone # also it's *******912-505-7045************

I come in for an ultimate wash about once per month for each of my cars. I have met and talked to the manager and know that he is concerned about the quality of the the wash. Date of visit: Wed June 5th, 2013 Time of visit: 1:40-3:00 pm As a new resident of Statesboro, I was hoping to have my car serviced for general maintenance (6 spark plugs, oil change, fuel filter, air filter) at a trustworthy place. I called and the worker at the desk quickly gave me a quote on my services and we scheduled an appointment for later in the day. When I arrived, the person I spoke with remembered me and got me set up (registered) and took my keys, I sat in their fairly comfortable waiting area (good for an auto shop). The price she quoted me changed because I had given her the wrong engine size when I talked to her on the phone, and she came over and notified me of the price change. The quote was high and I was getting nervous I was being taken, but I appreciated that she let me know it would be higher. As I waited, the owner asked me if I needed anything and turned the TV in my direction so I could see it better. The people at the desk also made conversation sporadically, showing that they knew I was still there. The best part of the visit, though, was when the man that was working on my car came into the waiting area and asked to speak to me. He brought me into the shop and showed me my air filter. He said that it was very clean still and didn't need changed. He said that he didn't want me to pay more than I had to. I told him I was only getting it changed because Jiffy Lube told me the last two oil changes that I needed it changed. I thanked him for his honesty and told him I don't want it changed. Long story short, that saved a decent bit of money off of the quote. As they were waiting for parts to arrive, from Auto Zone I presume, the worker kept coming in and updating me on the status, saying that he had everything done that he could do at this point, and was waiting on Auto Zone. They had forgotten to bring the fuel filter and had to make a return trip. The worker even sat at my table for a second and talked to me about my spark p

Southside Service incorrectly installed a transmission filter wrong causing the transmission fluid to not flow. They installed the O ring seal backwards. Once I drove away and found there was a problem, they did nothing but put more transmission fluid in. I never once told them that they could even touch my transmission. During the month that it took to get it fixed elsewhere, the communication I had with the owner Kaye Williams was aggravating; she was very rude beyond words. Never take your car there, they don't know what they are doing and do not stand behind their work.
