My husband and I (from Virginia) were in Savannah vacationing and happen to stop in to discuss an issue we had been having with my 2013 Avalon. The dealer where we purchased was unsuccessful in fixing. The asst service manager, Shawn was more than accommodating! He knew of the problem and was able to tackle it. While my car was being serviced they had a personal car service that took us to a breakfast location and picked us up when ready..car was not only serviced but washed and sparkling clean when we picked it up. All staff that we encountered were friendly and accommodating!

Tried to swindle me out of $2500 on a used car they agreed to fix before taking delivery. They never did any work and tried to strong arm me into signing the title. Refused to return cash paid and even forged a receipt 3 months after the fact. Had to sue them. I won. The owner of the business needs to be jail!

Critz BMW

7000 Abercorn St, Savannah

Brought my BMW to Critz BMW to (i) have battery replaced, (ii) have headlight bulb replaced, and (iii) have a switch that had fallen through the center console reinstalled into the center console. About a week passed, and so I called them. The next day, David Mineado called with the following news: 1. New battery - $400 installed 2. New headlight bulbs - $250 installed 3. Car needed a new alternator - $800 installed 4. Car needed a new switch, which was not sold separately from the center console. Cost of new center console - $350. I refused to have any work done. Here's what happened to my car: 1. Pep Boys installed a new battery for $103. They said it was OEM without the BMW label. 2. New headlight bulbs were $53 each delivered. Installing them was quick and pretty simple. 3. Car did not need an alternator. If it did, a new aftermarket was available for about $100 delivered and an OEM Bosch was available for about $173 delivered. My opinion is that it would take me - a rather experienced mechanic - an hour and a half to install it. 4. Car did not need a new switch. Old switch, which worked fine, was reinstalled in a few minutes with a flat head screwdriver. Had it needed a new switch, it was readily available separately from an entire new center console for about $110. It is my opinion that Critz tried to sell me $1150 of services my car did not need and to grossly overcharge me on services it did need. When I spoke to the service manager, he denied trying to rip me off and incompetence. He said that his "machine" did not agree with my "machine."

My experience here was deceitful and misinformed. Debbie the Lot Manager for John and his wife...(The Intro Guide) Explains all u need to know about processing and Laying away your vehicle. However she fails to verbally mention that any monies applied toward your purchase is non refundable...So if your Downpayment is 500.00 and you decide you don't want to buy their car then no refund is given. This was indeed an over Ty cause I failed to look at the receipt so I'm now out of 100.00 that I earned from hardwork. Hopefully I will reach a few bog u before an attempt to purchase...SOL gots to be more careful

This place sucks and I cant recommend against it enough (would give zero stars if it was possible). I took my car there for a very specific noise and gave the owner how to recreate it and where it appeared the noise was coming from. He told me it was something that didn't at all sound like the problem I told him, but I trusted his "professional" judgement. Low and behold, after paying for what he told me what was causing the noise, the noise was still there and I was able to recreate it in less that two blocks of driving. I went back and had to convince him to get in the car with me so I could show him the noise I had originally described. He immediately had his mechanics look at it and fixed it in 5 minutes. Here we have the go-to move for terrible mechanics who take advantage of people and fix something completely unrelated to the original reason you took your car in. something that should've been a $30 diagnostic and quick adjustment of something on the brakes turned into an almost $600 bill. ON TOP OF THAT, my car was unlocked when I got into it and my phone charger and phone mount were gone. So not only is the owner a grade A scammer, he and his employees cant even do the most basic acts like lock their customers cars! TLDR: they'll fix the wrong thing and cost you lots of unnecessary money and they aren't even competent enough to lock car doors. Zero out of five stars and I will only look at this place in disgust when I drive by.

I took my jeep over to Scott’s and Tim King waited on me. He made an estimate and turned it over to the insurance company and they sent me a check. Tim made me an appointment for December 8th and he said he would call me before and let me know they have the parts and verify my appointment. Well December 8th came and went with no word for Tim. So I called him. He said “who is this what car was it”? He knew nothing about my Jeep or me. He said he would look for the paper work and call me back. He never called back. I called him again. He said he didn’t find the paperwork but he would make me an appointment on the 22nd of December and he would call me on the 17th to let me know that all the parts were in and they would be ready to go. The 17th came and went. The 22nd came and went with no word from Tim King. So I took my Jeep to a reputable body shop and the fixed it and got it right back to me. On the 20th of January 2015 the incompetent Tim call and left a message on my cell phone saying; ”Hey I got these parts for you Jeep. Are you going to bring the jeep in or do you want me to return the parts”. Now this is two months after I first went in and a month after the reputable shop made the repairs for me. It is like he just moved the fried chicken plate and found my paperwork.
