First visit had quick diagnosis for expensive repair, then after work was completed they found another much simpler issue which could have been cause of initial problem, casting doubt on initial diagnosis. Did the secondary work at no extra charge. Was quick, work complete within 1 week of initial call to schedule. Second repair, removed broken glow plug. Initially quoted one price, then was increased during service. Upon completion, found new body damage to vehicle. Had to review camera footage to take responsibility for damage. Once agreed to, shop repaired damage within 2 days. Paint issues remain (deep scratches) but body damage repaired no charge.

The folks at Pappys took very good care of my trailer repair needs. i was trying to carry about 2 1/2 tons of goods on a trailer rated for 750#! Pappys evaluated the framing of the trailer and recommended new springs...at that moment, they could have taken me for a Whole lot of money as the trailer was broken down, but they didn't! Instead, they kept me appraised of the costs as the repairs progressed and i was happily surprised at the total cost of the repair. These people are good folk!

Tremendously rude office staff. I was stuck blocking traffic when I called. The man who answered the phone was very rude from the get go and very unhelpful. He acted like he was just having a horrible day and that I was just making it worse by adding more work to his busy schedule. I was having trouble hearing him for all of the activities going on in traffic. As far as I know the signal was fine. He hung up on me after I said i couldn't understand him, But not before saying sarcastically "well, i'm sorry you're having such a bad day" click! no kidding..he actually said that. I had to have my boyfriend call back and try to get them to come pick up my car because our phones were going dead and we didn't know another towing place to call. I was afraid if i called back he would recognize my voice and just hang up on me. I was distraught when i called, but i was not rude to him. I was nervous being in a busy intersection with a car that would not move. I was about to cry. From the moment he answered the phone to the second he hung up on me he was short, rude and unconcerned for the business i had for their company. He may have been having a bad day and I feel those days, but he shouldn't take that out on the people who call who are already having to deal with a broken down car and their outrageous prices. However, the nice guy who was driving the tow truck put my wheel back in place for me because the axle was crushing the brake line. He was super nice and seemed to know what he was doing. I appreciated that very much considering the fact that my car wouldn't even roll out of the way. If you don't want the extra stress of having to deal with rudeness on the phone call someone else.

He strong arms you is very physical the worst experience of my life

This dealership is very picky about who they want for customers. Obviously, they are not about return customers as you are treated like a number and not a person. Mark Morkus is a terrible salesperson! Someone who will not return your calls when you have questions on a new purchase. He will set expectations and not meet them coming up short every-time. This dealership has lost at least 3 sales from us, where they didn't return calls. Service department has been full of false promises as well.

Vic was given an opportunity to work on 2 of my vehicles, in which he fixed 1 of 2 issues on both poorly and only temporary. Based on the similarities, I would imagine he was thinking I'd be impressed with 1/2 or 3 aint bad and that maybe I'd come back to spend more money. I came back on both occasions to give him an opportunity to correct his mistakes and fix the unrelated parts he had broken in his attempts. He blamed the age of my vehicle and if you drive a Ford, know that he doesn't like the make or care for you if you drive one. Needless to say, he made good on nothing and I'm now writing this review. The owner and workers at Tune Up 2000 can barely read or write, which I found out. This made learning how to fix vehicles very hard for them.
