I have been knowing of and using Diagnostic Auto Repair since the 1980s. Rikey and Paul have been and remain in business in Laplace for a simple reason. These guys know what they are doing and are the best I have found who explain the service or repairs you need and why and do the job right. Being a retired mechanic and auto collector and enthusiast all my life, I know. It is extremely hard for me to let anyone touch my vehicles as I used to do most of my own repairs and for my friends and family until I became disabled in 2006. But I would bring the jobs too big for me to handle to Diagnostic with confidence. Well since I have no choice now, I trust only one auto shop in the area. D.A.Repair as they are the most professional, first class repair shop in the Laplace area. They been doing it a long time and continue to offer very quick and quality repairs. Be very careful if you take your vehicle here for service. They find ways to keep warranty from covering your repair so they can make more. I had to remove my vehicle and pay for all the diagnostics run. It cost me over 400. I then took it to aother dodge dealership and they fixed the problem with ease all covered under warranty. i would strongly advise getting any service work done elswhere. Dodge did refund a portion of my money.

I called when my truck wouldn't start and they were very helpful. They walked me through some troubleshooting steps I could try to get it running again. They even called back a couple hours later to check on my progress and give further guidance. I would highly recommend!!

My wife and I purchased a 2007 Toyota Rav 4 from Mr.T's auto sales in Baton Rouge La. Our purchase was a good and pleasant one. The vehicle looked and drove like a new one. Low miles and very clean. My daughter is a graduate student at LSU. We live in Iowa. Mr. Randolph and his staff at Arabies have treated her like she were their own! They've helped her out on two different occasions since she started school in May of 2012. After repairing her front tire today, they refused payment. These are FRIENDLY, CARING people to do business with. If you have a problem with your vehicle in Baton Rouge....head to Arabies for great service!

Transmission went out in less than 2 weeks...said they fix it, first lie said they would pay some of the cost second lie there famous words AS IS so true but sell something that will last more than 2 weeks the only good reviews is the ones they place...I paid cash so don't respond like I couldn't get a loan and I'm mad...all the hard times you caused people will catch up to you thieves Guess it's time to write some good reviews about yourself WHAT A SHAM

Charged me to much for my car. The salesman Paul knew how bad I needed a car to get to and from work and he ripped me off.

They were extremely pushy. I did buy a car there and when the car needed repair they refused to fix it although it was still under their warranty!! They over price there cars and don't report things to carfax, in order to keep a clean record on the cars
