you couldn't even get my oil change right. I told ya my car needed 0W20. I told you in the beginning you didn't even listen. thank god I saw your guy grab the wrong oil (5W40) other wise I would have driven home without knowing my car got a wrong oil change . I also came for amsoil and you got me something completely different. The wrong oil you put in my car was not amsoil and the later one you changed was not amsoil either after you realized you made a mistake. The oil was something from a steel drum. who knows what's inside there and the guy who pump the oil out the drum didn't even know how much he should pump. at that point I already felt unsafe and I quickly googled another service center that had amsoil and was just a few miles away. I went there (my car was already driving weird tho) and the manager or supervisor immediately knew what oil my car needed and how much it needed after lookup in his computer. He brought the oil to me and it's exactly the amsoil my car uses. I changed the oil again there and what upset me again was that the tech told me the oil filter was leaking. What a nice job you have done. and after failing to perform this basic work, you still charged me 150$, for unknown quality of oil and unfit oil filter. do you even feel shame? stop throwing those BS canned messages like "Please call us at 516-518-5552" to show you care but in fact you don't at all.

I have been a customer of Dawson Motors for about 5 years and they have never disappointed me. But just recently they far exceeded my expectations! My work vehicle had broken down for the last time and it was time to replace it. Without my vehicle, I was totally at a standstill with my construction business. My van was towed into Dawson Motors at 8:45 am on a Saturday. I explained to Bill Dawson that I needed a reliable used van. By chance, he had one on his lot and I asked Bill to give me best deal, that without a vehicle I could not work. He got his wife Linda on the finance part, they made me an offer and I took the deal. My wife and I unloaded my old van of all the tools and supplies and headed home. At 2:30 the same Saturday afternoon Linda called me and said the van was ready for pick up! The Dawson's stayed late in order to get me my van knowing how important it was to my business. I could not have believed anyone would have done this, let alone our small town auto dealership. Not only do they have a highly qualified group of mechanics and a customer service oriented office staff, the owners walk the talk of helping customers way above expectations! MANY thanks! J. A. BUYER BEWARE, WORST CAR BUYING EXPERIENCE OF MY LIFE!!! and this would be my 7th car. They are very deceptive, make sure what ever comes out of their mouths ends up on paper!! I had the unfortunate experience of purchasing my death trap of a vehicle from Baladi. At the time of purchase I was told that the agreed upon cash price would include sales tax and a 1 year warranty, was given the brochure for the warranty company and told to expect something in the mail in the next two weeks. However, in the midst of sealing the deal my child threw a major tantrum so I handed over the cash and left my partner to sign off on everything. They made sure not to show a breakdown on the receipt of the sales tax being included in the price, refused to re-write it and on the title itself wrote 0 for taxes. As if that was not enough, right after I pulled out the lot and made a right turn my dash lit up like a Christmas tree. I immediately went back and was given some lame excuse but was also told not to worry because I had the extended warranty. After driving for a little while the car would jerk, slow down and it would feel like something fell out from under the car but it would then recover and drive like normal. I took the car to my mechanic who told me there was a problem with the ABS system (the car randomly brakes on its own – EXTREMELY DANGEROUS). After waiting for two weeks to hear from the warranty company so I could take the vehicle in for repair I called Baladi and the sales guy claimed they never made such promise and of course all they did was give me the brochure and not put that in writing either. They took complete advantage of me being pulled away to calm my child and reneged on the major points of why I chose to make the purchase (the agreed upon price INCLUDING sales tax and the extended warranty) instead of going back to a previous dealer who had the same exact car minus the color of the interior leather for a couple hundred dollars cheaper but did not i
