Auto repair service near Princeton, NJ

My check engine light went on and that drives me nuts. Suburban did a complete test and thought it was my old gas cap. After several gas fill ups the light went out today out of the blue. Thanks to Mike and my new Honda gas cap.

We have been going there for approximately 10 years now, multiple cars under Ed's care (having 3 children of driving age) and do not have one complaint. Honestly, they are the last of their kind. They are honest and truthful and put their customers miles ahead of any desire to make money.If you have a problem with your vehicle and they diagnose it and find out fixing that problem may not help your vehicle work properly they will tell you instead of just taking the money. This is a really great group of people! They go miles out of their way to help their customers.

Ronny & Lilah and the rest of the team are the best!!! Ronny is the best most honest mechanic I've ever seen in my life! He will take care of the car as if it was his own. Doesn't charge you without a reason. And the prices are reasonable! Love Lilah she's always smiling and nice, so good at her job, always on top of things, with pricing, calling back, and explaining what the car needs through the phone( for people like me that don't have any clue about cars). Great shop, I would not charge it with any other place. I've been living in NY for the last 5 years and Ronny is still my mechanic. I can drive 2 hours just for him to check the car. Ps. This place has changed a lot. It is not the same as when I first started coming. Under new management, and I noticed new employees also. The service just isn’t as great as before; it has gone down. There’s no more friendliness or professionalism. When you ask a question, it feels like they either don’t know the answer or just refuse to answer and give you a blank stare. It’s so sad when companies go from good to bad because people just don’t care about their customers or clients anymore. But I will not be bringing my business there anymore. It is so sad to see this place go downhill. I wish you guys luck in the near future.

KPS did a great job replacing the clutch on my BMW. The price was fair, much lower than three other places we called. Plus the warranty is great. The turn around time was fast. They washed and vacuumed my car when they were done. A pleasant surprise. I will return to KPS for all our families car needs. Very professional and informative.
