i had an accident in a recent snowstorm, my buddy told me to take it to roberts and boy am i glad i did, it came out great and he even did a little more repairs that the insurance covered and didnt charge anymore, my car looks like new again, i'll be back for everything now, these guys treated me great

had some electrical issues bob was able to fix my car. Huge sigh of relief when i got my car back

Before I bought the car, I had asked about service that is important to have done to the make (subaru) and was told it was done 8,000 miles previous. The car did have an oil leak, and before the warranty ran out, I requested that it be repaired. I was made to pay nearly $500 to have exactly the same repair done that I was told was done 8,000 miles ago. And it took over 2 weeks to do the repair, after I drove the car 25 miles to the garage doing the work. I was lied to, plain and simple......and went without a car for over 2 weeks, and spent a great deal of money to repair something that I was told was taken care of. Bad business practice, lying is. I will never buy a car there again. I have heard numerous stories that are very similar since. Not good people.

i bought a car on a friday. by sunday the power steering pump was nearly empty, there was power steering fluid on the underside of the engine. i called them that moday and got put on with bill. he said it was not covered under the warranty. i asked if they would help me out since i only had it 48 hours and he refused. he said it was on me to get it looked at and repaired. they will not stand behind their cars and forget about service after the sale.

I took my car in with a fouled spark plug and they told me I needed a new head gasket and quoted me almost $2000 for the job. Since then I have had three other mechanics examine the car and none of them can find any problem with the head gasket it only needed the spark plug and wire replaced and there has been no furtherproblems with my car

Best place to buy a cheap used car. I've bought several over the years from them and I got my moneys worth out of each car. I'm always checking out the inventory and I intend to get another one when I'm ready.
