I had purchased a Ram 3500 Diesel from this place. It seemed like a reputable place. However on the way home after purchasing the truck, the engine quit. It would idle but when you went to apply the throttle it stalled out. This was due to an engine compression problem because someone who didnt know about diesel engines had monkeed with it. That wasnt the worst because my licensed dodge mechanic showed me that the truck had minor flood damage when I was not informed of this prior to the the purchase as required by law. After putting 5000 in repairs and replacement parts the truck runs like a dream, full power and a real workhorse. Moral of the story watch out for these a**holes, i learned a costly lesson and I hope what I had said here helps someone else from being taken for a ride you dont want.

I am Interested in a lower price tarus, even if I bring in my 98 ford tarus SL the engine dives like the day I bought it...I would like to bring it in for a possable trade in. ( except my Inspection is on hold, until the rocker panel gets fixed, along with other rusted areas.....Since last August my health has been getting worse...only use the car for doctors and hospital visits. It comes to 4 to 6 times a month..Even if no trade In, I'd love to see some Used Cars around the price range of $ 1100.00 to 1500.00 Hope tadein is worth a good amount. I live in waymart, and am 67 years old..It's hard to walk & breath...COPD But I feel 45 years Inside, and want to have my Independnce By having a Nice car to drive around, when I want to. I went there to be treated very poorly and I wouldn't recommend going there unless you want to get the stink eye from the people working there or when you leave for them to talk about you. I truly wouldn't recommend going there. I was taken care of by a girl named Hayley. She was more worried about her phone than me and when I tried to get her attention all i got was an attitude like she didn't even wanna bother helping me. And as i walked out she started talking about me and the customer right behind me that was entering turned right around and looked at me and said that is screwed up. I also got helped by a girl named Kim who was more worried about her boyfriend and would tell me to wait a minute so she can give her boyfriend a kiss. There was a lady that worked there I think her name was Terry. She was a manager, but seemed so oblivious about what was going and wouldnt even try and take control of anything. I got taken care of a couple times by 3 people that made my visit so pleasant. Their names where Amanda, Christian, and Crystal but I haven't seen them for a while and now I wont even go in unless they are working because i feel as though that i am gonna get treated like dirt like the last few times I have gone. There were customers that were there that would make it seem like they owned the place. This one customer gave me an attitude and when I tried to say something about it the guy was like you'll get kicked out before me man and the cashier even said so. I didn't appreciate the way I was treated and I feel as though this company needs an intervention.

I paid a lot of money for a ski boat rental. What I received looked like a ship-wreck of mostly torn vinyl, broken seats and mold. I was very embarrassed as I rented for my families enjoyment. My wife emailed Pocono Action Sports / Lighthouse Harbor Marina but they only ignored us. I posted pictures of the rental on their website trying to elicit some response which I know they saw. since they deleted them numerous times without any comment. I wish I only received some apology or explanation from them so I didn't have to make this so public!

Horrible experience, Unprofessional costumer service and the owner is far from knowing what it is like to be professional. He is rude, disrespectful and has very little knowledge about costumer satisfaction. As their previous costumer, I would never recommend anyone going to this place and purchasing any of their products. They do not want to deal with things they know little about and upon explanation they reject it and in the most unprofessional way. They do not deliver what they promise to and do not live up to the expectations that they have advertised for themselves via their webpage. I know definitely I would never go back to that place or recommend anyone to it.
