My wife and I tend to buy vehicles new from the dealer and then keep them for at least a decade. Mark and his crew help us keep our vehicles on the road. I was particularly pleased when Mark not only completely replaced the rear brakes on my 02 Silverado 3500., but he also updated the Truck's computer with the latest software version! Now the truck shifts much more smoothly. On our 04 Honda Civic, we noticed that the coolant seemed to be needing replacement much too often. Mark, using chemical analysis, found that the head gasket was leaking. Mark and his crew were able to tackle this very labor intensive job and had the Honda back on the road in a few days. I have been a long time customer of this store, but after the way I was treated today, I will no longer frequent this establishment. A couple of days ago, I made a mistake and left garbage by their trash can to throw away. Today, I went down to get some usual things and was confronted in the store by the manager and was told in a very rude manner to take my trash home and throw it away. She did this loudly in front of the store and yelled at my husband and myself out in the parking lot. If this is the way they treat customers of over twenty years, then I want nothing of theirs. I was in the wrong, but she could have taken me aside and asked me to take my trash home. She didn't have to yell at me in front of the store, and out in the parking lot. I would never treat a customer that way. They are your bread and butter!
