I wish I could give this dealer No Stars on this survey I am a shopper and got the worst deal at Kenny Ross Ford from there "sales manager" of the five dealerships I went to. I believe the "sales manager made a example to his sales staff how to handle a informed shopper to make you feel you no nothing about what your car is worth. Shopping at Kenny Ross Ford was a total waste of 2 hours of my time. I bought a new ford at another dealer in Westmoreland County for $2000.00 less at another dealer. They are still living in the past when car dealers screwed there customers on price. Go to another dealer in the area that are honest. I cannot believe how badly I was treated. You will save money and not be lied to. Hope this review saves you the waste of your time.

Im not gonna hide the fact i lived in this area and my vehicle was vandalized in this town, i gave people the chance to do the right thing i dont believe a bunch of nosey white people dont know whos shooting peoples cars, i curse glassport and there police department, they did nothing for my cousin who was a victim in this town and there still was pulling him over to give him citations, these guys was terrible it took them a month to look at his car and paul never called him to confirm he had parts, these guys left dents and the forensic team destroyed my cousin interior, no one turns bullcrap crimes into there insurance why should he risk his insurance as a liability turning in his. It vehicle was shot by corrupt people in the clairton and glassport area, if people wasnt cowards they put the guns down. Pauls not a good mechanic. This area is toxic as well. Dont move there or go there the mill is poisoning people in both towns karma comes around.

2-9-12: Hi, I am one of your steady customers: I was very aggravated this morning at 5:30am when I walked in a New kensington A Plus store to get a coffee on the way to work. To find a casual just hanging out in the store (it was totally obvious he wasn't there to buy anything).He was there to entertain the young man that was working the register, who happened to be scratching his own game ticket when I walked in,And while he's busy scratching his ticket, his friend is dancing and mumbling to himself;Meanwhile all the coffee pots are empty except one and there is a line of customers waiting patiently for the young cashier to notice that they're are there. This happens alot in my New kensington at midnight,especially at A Plus and Fueland stores, its something I'm getting sick and if it keeps up, I guess I won't be stopping to get coffee in my own neighborhood at 5:30 in the morning. Started repairs without authorization. Lied about repairs performed.Did not do repairs properly, refused to honor warranty. Worst garage ever.
