I was charged $500 for absolutely no work for them to tell me nothing was wrong with my car but yet they drove my car over the weekend not during office hours and put almost 2000 miles on my car just to tell me I owe $500 for them claiming to put $100 worth of gas in my car which my car will not even hold $100 worth of gas and it shouldn’t take you to put $25.04 times in a car that you had had for six days just to tell me that nothing is wrong with the car total bull**** I wouldn’t recommend anyone going there or taking their car there

Excellent service. Said what they could do then did what the said. My wife liked the fact that they treated her like she knew what she was talking about instead of treating her "like a silly woman". Reasonable shop rates ( comparably- I grew up in the day of 6.00 labor) for the care and skill required.

I needed an oil change and figured I needed a tune-up. After looking at my car, my technician suggested he take care of a few minor issues with the vehicle and I agreed. He told what it would cost before doing so, and the cost was very fair. They communicate with you at Tire World so you are able to make smart, cost effective decisions.

If you're looking for the cheapest oil change around, this isn't you're place. But if you're like me and prefer to trust your vehicle to professionals who provide expert service in a timely, courteous manner at a reasonable price, you'll eventually wind up here.

I have been going to this location of Express Oil for about 3 years now. Nick, the manager and every one of the employees have always been very friendly and helpful. But most importantly, they are HONEST, which is very hard to find today, a mechanic that you can TRUST. i'm a single woman and have been lied to MANY times regarding my car, having been told I needed a new fly wheel when another mechanic told me there was nothng wrong with it! Nick and his guys will tell you the truth, if something doesn't need to be replaced, they are not going to tell you it does. By the same token, they will SHOW me what is wrong when something is wrong and tell me how soon I need it replaced, etc. I love these guys! Love this place!

I took my 2010 Ford F-150 here about 2 weeks ago to let them look at the Air Conditioning. They called me back later that afternoon and told me that after they hooked a vacuum up to the compressor that I needed a new A/C compressor along with some other expensive parts. The most expensive thing that could go wrong did go wrong. Before giving them the $1400 to fix it as they tried to push me for, I wanted a 2nd opinion. I took it to Marshal Mize Ford in Hixson where I bought the truck. After they looked at it it, the compressor was working perfectly and all i needed was a $100 worth of work. I would not take any vehicles to these guys for any work. They are crooks and the guy that told me it was a compressor should be fired!!!!!!!!!!!!! It's a shame that companies try to do this to honest people. I wonder how many other times they have done this?

11/28/20 These guys are awesome! I was 200 miles from home at 5:00 Saturday, had a tire belt separated (non firestone) on the front of my truck. I told Vincent I was in a bind for time. Very happy with the service Hi Tech did on my Acura. Very reasonable prices and they got my car back to me quickly. I had my service the beginning of January 2016 and have not had 1 problem with it. I wasn't going to give a review but decided to let others know my experience. My car is a 2006 Honda Civic SI with 71,000 miles, Nothing has ever been done to the brakes in the past. I looked on the internet and saw where Budget Brakes had a good price of $89.95 for disk brakes. I took my car in and met with Kody. who is very courteous and professional. Explained that I just started hearing a tinny noise in the front right side and when I applied my brakes it quit. The brakes functioned just fine otherwise. I informed Koty, I just wanted my front brakes checked. An employee test drove my car and put it on the rack. All 4 wheels were taken off and the brake calipers pulled. Kody let me come into the work area and showed me what he thought was needed. Remember I just wanted my front brakes checked. Well after Kody's review, the cost would be in excess of $600. I asked Kody to PUT IT BACK. The mechanic put the calipers back on and wheels were tightened. I thanked Kody for the inspection and no charge and left. Just remember if it sounds too good to be true it probably is.

I have had the worst customer service experience of my life today at Express Oil Change and Service Center at 5503 Brainerd Road. To start the problem out the wrong part was replaced initially. This caused the car to stale within 1/4th mile from the location. Once it was taken back, the person said "What do you expect me to do. You can pay $50.00 and have it put on the computer to see what is wrong with it." I attempted to discuss the situation with the manager, who responded in the exact same way and refused to try to assist at all. Luckily on my way through the parking lot the mechanic, who actually did the work, stopped me and discussed the situation. He then realized the wrong part was replaced and agreed to correct the problem. The mechanic took me back in and explained the situation and the manager still had attitude. After the car was fixed, I asked the manager why he failed to try to see if something had been done incorrectly before telling me there was nothing he could do. He responded by saying that they had been told to fix the wrong part (although all paperwork shows otherwise) and said it was my fault. I tried to point this out on the paperwork and he wouldn't look and said he was done talking to me. I advised I wasn't done speaking and he turned his head and began working on his computer. Please advise all people you know not to use this business as it is very apparent they are all about the money and do not care about the customer. This is just a summary of the actual interaction and was actually a little more outlandish but I think I made my point.

INCOMPETENT & DISORGANIZED. Take your car to ABRA and you will be doing MORE repairs when they get done. Car was not ready for SEVERAL days because the paint job "didn't turn out right" the first time. Charged for replacing a dented fuel door which they did not do until I pointed it out. Claimed they could "buff it out in just 30 minutes." GET REAL. Finally replaced fule door but the paint job also "didn't turn out right" the first time and they had to re-do it. I showed up on 3 occasions to pick up my car. No one called to say it was not ready. What a bunch of incompetent idiots that do a TERRIBLE job. They put additional scratches on my driver door which "I" now have to try and buff out. SAVE YOURSELF THE TROUBLE.
