They never try to up sell useless services or anything your vehicle does not need. The Owner is ASE Master certified Technician and was among one of the top Honda technicians when he worked at the dealership. I would trust them to work on any of my cars and I recommend them to all my friends who have a Honda, Acura , Lexus, or Toyota. They even offer a free pre purchase inspection (by appointment) which is almost unheard of these days. I have been to this shop several times with two different vehicles. A 99 Nissan Pathfinder and a 92 Ford F150. The employees here are professional and always happy to explain anything you need them to. They have always been upfront about cost, and they are won't try to force you into work you don't need. People who are worried that they will get up sold on something they do not need should have no fear with this place. They do their best to get the work done quickly as not to leave you without your vehicle long. Obviously this varies based on what you are having done, but like the issue with price, they will let you know ahead of time so that you can plan accordingly. The longest I went was one week, but I was having a laundry list of stuff done to the F150. It is a family truck that sat for years without use. If issues arise during your cars stay they will inform you promptly. This place needs to clean it up!! We with alot of other people on this lake think it is one of the most run down marinas they have ever saw. Poorly ran as we could tell the place has all kinds of old boats that don t run and no gates. no restuarant ,no ship store with anything in it . it won t stay open long running like that

I was wrong. I posted the comment on Sept. 14 about putting a hole in my oil pan. they did put the tiny hole in the pan, just not the way I said. I apologize. the plate that reinforces the drain plug hole is attached by 3 spot welds. if you tighten the plug too hard, it breaks one of the welds and puts a hole in the pan. that is what happened. I have learned that happens to often with japanese cars. you have to use a new gasket EVERY time or it leaks.
