I don't know if this is where I post a review for a auto purchase... but just wanted to share my experience with them. They provided me financing when no one else would. I was in and out of the dealership in no time! I will never dread buying a used car again...because I am going right back to them!

Please take your car somewhere else! Larry Duncan and his crew are a bunch of con-artist. They doubled the price they quoted me for transmission repai. I paid for a lifetime warranty and my transmission started to slip again, 3 months later. I went to the shop, so they could look at my car and they wouldn't honor the warranty. They are a bunch of CROOKS!!! I should have done my due diligence, however the business was operating under a different name. I would give them negative stars of I could (-5) stars.

I purchased a flight from Washington to purchase a truck that was promised to be sound. I placed a deposit and had completed all of the paper work except for signing. When I got to the dealership, I was told they need to fix an injector. I had to purchase a hotel and wait, then the following day the rep. Mike D. told me that the engine was blown. He then teased saying we were lucky he did not change the injector and send us on our way. I viewed several other trucks on the lot and ALL of the trucks had the check engine lights on. When I went to the shop to see another truck, the mechanics were burning tread into balding tires. This place was extremely inappropriate and unhelpful! SAVE YOUR MONEY AND GO SOMEWHERE HONEST! The manager was unhelpful and did not care to discuss what had happened. This facility is not honest and will do anything to take your money.

Southwest Autowerks is the most honest, professional and reliable mechic shop in the DFW Metroppex. I highly recommend their services regardless the size of the job to anyone-especially BMW owners. They should be the first stop source for all mechanical needs but especially when you need a second opinion. The service here was OUTSTANDING AND FAST! I got my car back in less than 24 hours, and didn't miss a beat. Situation: Key became stuck in the ignition and I couldn't shut my car off. Solution: Contacted this location, and received excellent customer care, prompt service, and they didn't kill my wallet (that's what caused me to steer clear of the dealership when I had car first diagnosed). Convenience: Courtesy ride from apartment to dealership. Value: The price was almost $200 less than the first, recommended auto place I'd gone to (thinking the Dealership will make me pull out a vein). Whenever you need help with your Saturn, ask for 'Matt', the Manager. The automotive team is awesome, and the Representatives are professional and friendly. Very good service with great employees. I went there and usually had bad experience because of Carlos but I went last month and they told me they had new management!
