I’m from San Antonio, but I visit C.C. Often to go fishing…my kids think too often. My Check Engine Light appeared one trip, so I stopped by Romay’s to have it checked out. Luckily it was just a lose gas cap. They gave my Lexus a curtesy inspection and showed me a few other items I needed for service which my guys in San Antonio missed. Fred was nice enough to let me see the issues first hand, put together an estimate, and then he prioritized the work so I knew what was needed and when. Now I schedule my fishing trips accordingly with service. I still fish too much, but feel much safer and comfortable driving around with my family. I’m not always lucky when fishing, but I’m guaranteed a great job, and professional service at a fair price! I tell all friends and family to visit Romay’s when in C.C.. We are thinking to moving to C.C. and having a trusted mechanic give us a big peace of mind. I leave my fishing and, faith with GOD, and my vehicles to Romay’s Automotive. When you leave Romay’s, you don’t feel that the service is over but that your relationship has just begun. They’re above and beyond all expectations!!!

After spending 2 weeks, & $3K+, @ a local Ford Dealership, the vehicle was turned back in to me, w/ "wobbly" braking - W/O mention of the issue. I took my Chevrolet Impala in this week because of leaking power steering fluid. Their driver took me home and within 2 hours, I had a call giving me an accurate diagnosis. I have had work done at Dubs over the years, and it is always top notch. Had one part they had installed go bad within the warranty period and they replaced it at no charge. I always feel that my business is valued and they genuinely care about their customers.

Dale does an excellent job on Volkswagon repair. Very knowledgeable and reasonably priced. I would recommend Dale for any volkswagond repairs required.

WARNING!!!! THEY ARE THIEVES AND WILL ROB YOU BLIND!!!! The short version of my story is that after speaking with a reputable mechanic shop in town that I have used for years, they diagnosed my car but advised that I find a shop that could handle the job (evaporator core) replacement since they could not. I also talked to a dealership that also confirmed that was what needed to be replaced. I foolishly went online and noticed that Auto Mechanic Service Plus LLC had really good ratings with hundreds of independent positive feedback ratings (stars). I reached out to the shop and spoke with Tom Dunn the shop manager and he said that could perform the job. After they "replaced" the part and paid $1075.00 he advised me that they found other damage that was still causing my main issue and they needed to fix that which I agreed to and paid an additional $760.22. After four times in this shop over a month and half period that had still figured out what was wrong and had not resolved anything. I asked Tom for the part number for that part that they purchased but he never was able to give it to me. He said that they had purchased it from O'Rielly's. I ended up calling on of the local O'Rielly stores and I was able to speak with a branch manager who confirmed that the only two evaporator core parts for my model of car has not been purchased in the South Texas Region in the last two years. I then took it the dealership who initially diagnosed it after taking my car apart they realized that they had never replaced my evaporator. In my car was the original evaporator core (stamped from the GM Plant with the date that it was installed) and I have included pictures. I confronted Tom with this information and he had no explanation. They took $1075.00 to replace a part that they never did, and then magically found other problems which allowed them to charge an additional $760.22 which according to my additional diagnosis from the dealership never was an issue. I have a written affidavit from the dealership. I have tried over the last week to collect my money and they refuse to. I met with Mohammad Al-Barnawi the owner and he said he could try to repay me in payments. Everything I have stated has been documented with pictures, video of Tom explaining everything that have done to my car and how they took it apart, Mohammad on how he was going to try to repay me. You can review this under the BBB's complaint department which has all the information on file along with the Attorney General's Office. Everything is currently under investigation at this point and I will update the outcome of their decision. I have attached pictures of the dealership taking my car apart along with the original part which the dealership is keeping until the investigation is over. The reason they had so many great reviews is that they had some from Ohio go online and post positive feedback. I have reached out to these other companies about their reviews to have them removed. Had I looked closer I should have been able to see that there were over 300 hundred 5 star ratings from people in Ohio with some very odd names. They have now removed the stars once realizing the issue but you can still go online and see the comments and make a judgment call for yourself. Again THESE PEOPLE ARE THIEVES.

This Diesel / General automotive shop knows it's stuff they are friendly fast and very knowledgeable I would recommend to anybody who wants it done right to bring it to mikes mobile auto been using them for years more impressed every time I go in

9/1/14 took my SUV to have trani fixed, and Manny said cost would be $2800, and that we could pay half when it's done ($1400)and make monthly payments. It would be done in 3 days he said. Called 4 days later bc he never called us and he said he ordered the wrong trani and it wouldn't be done until day 7. Called day 7 and he said he broke a bolt and it would be done on day 8. Called day 8 and he said it would for sure be done on day 9. Called day 9 and he said we can pick it on day 10. Called day 10 and he said to come get it at 5pm. Got a call at 430 that same day from his wife saying he broke off the pump when taking our trani out and it would be another day or 2. So I called manny to find out what was going on, and he screamed at me saying how dare I question his mechanical skills (which I wasn't, I was only asking what was wrong with the pump) and that I couldn't pick my SUV up until I payed the full amount. Then he hung up on me. He had hung up on my wife THE FIRST DAY he had our vehicle bc he lied to her about the payments to be made and she caught him in a lie. Anyway, so I called him back to tell him to go ahead and take out the new trani, put ours back in, and that we would take our business elsewhere. He screamed no he wasn't putting our trani in, and that in the a.m. Our SUV would be without a trani and to get it off his lot. Then he hung up. Called back AGAIN to tell him that I KNOW it's illegal for him to take a vehicle w/ Trani in it, and to return it without a trani. I then asked where's trani went, and he said he got rid of it to compensate him for taking the time to get it out ( Which was never deducted from our bill of $2800, so he made more money off of our trani) then he hung up. Finally we called the police, an attorney, and are now taking him to court. He did not put our trani back in our SUV, which therefore he is "stealing" our trani ,broken or not, from us. If I could, I would put a negative star. I urge EVERYONE TO STAY FAR AWAY FROM COUNTRY TRANSMISSION and MANNY the owner. He is also running for justice of the peace.... I'm not sure if he even knows what peace is, bc he was full of hot, nasty air. STAY AWAY!!!!!

went in the other day he said my window motor went out would be 465 dollars part and labor to fix.and he said if he had to mess with some computer to reset the window it would 615 dollars.smiling and lauging he said you wanted to drive an infiniti.went to e bay found motor for 125 and then to youtube and found a video showing how to do it.fixed it my self it was easy.also before I left I told him if he could put the door panel back on he said it would be 85 dollars I said what your crazy.it was only three screws.dont trust this guy

My 2005 chevrolet impala was not running very good so i decided to visit Shaffers. Shaffers has been around a long time. Now i know why. This place is so fast and friendly. Dennis and Jeff,at the SPID location, are so knowledgeable they were able to diagnose my issue and had me out the door the same day. Labor rates are less than the dealer and most local shops that sprout up and leave or change ownership.

Absolutely GREAT place. I've been going to this Car Wash for over 6 months. I'm in and out in a couple of minutes and my car is super clean. I would recommend this place to anyone who need a quick wash!

the absolute worst treatment and customer service I have ever had!! I ordered rims at the beginning of june 2012. They lost my order for a month and a half.. when i eventually called to check the status, they had no information on me even though i had provided my credit card number and everything at the time of the order. Then they sent me the wrong wheels about a month later even though the rep called me to double check my model motorcycle.. he still got it wrong.. then i was lied to about a dozen times about when the correct wheels would be delivered. eventually about 4 months after the original order i received the correct wheels, but they wheel bearings they has recommended me to purchase were frozen, so yet again i'm still getting screwed and ended up purchasing new wheel bearing from the dealer which i had to wait a week for. after calling chrome pros multiple times asking what they were gonna do for me finally a manager said he give me another 100 dollars off which is nothing really considering the problames I had gone through with them at that point. Then it took about another month and a half or so after shipping the core exchange wheels back to be credited for me deposit and bad wheel bearings and the extra 100 off. There was so much other BS I left out of the story that happened when talking with these completely unprofessional people! overall the wheels look good, but I would NEVER recommend anyone to do business with these people!! I know I never will again!

parts department is not worth messing with, 2 times in the last week I have gone there looking for parts for an exterra. twice I got told the parts don't exist, one time over the phone, both times I took the parts in, one time even with the piece in front of them, the front desk guy says it doesn't exist. second time I got told over the phone it doesn't exist, brought the piece in to show them and after I told them I bought the fuel pump some where else, all of a sudden it only comes WITH the pump, so I got to go to where I bought the pump from, so it started with not existing and went to someone elses fault. The don't sell the piece. needless to say, I will never again give my money to Nissan, either buying a vehicle or a part. thanks for nothing ed hicks Nissan.

They, as any car dealer act as though they were all running for Governor. Their so nice, so interested in what your doing or not doing in life. I grew up with family members in the used vehicle business. They can really be a snake. They have a tendency to throw their own mother under the bus, if it means MORE of the almighty dollar. Discount motors screwed us out of an additional ignition key.For a 2011 Dodge ram 2500-the key is not like a normal key, it has to be programmed to work. Okay..no problem, I have made arrangements to get extras. BUT!!! The wild thing was how these people would pass the buck and lie, lie again, and again. When they finished one lie, they would make-up another. Oh well,won't be going back there again, you know...if a dealership will make a deal under this small of a false pretense, they will lie about almost anything on a vehicle, hopefully this little story will help someone else NOT GET SCREWED.

This place literally tried to sabotage my girlfriend's vehicle. We decided to take it in for a cheap oil change (they had a $20 deal going on) so I could save time... I typically do all my own maintenance but work is really busy right now. A couple hours after dropping it off... we were called and told she had a cracking belt and a transmission leak. I'm a mechanical engineer, have worked on vehicles since I was a boy, and inspect mine and my girlfriend's car regularly.. needless to say I was a little skeptical. I decided to drive over and have them pull it up on the lift to show me. They pulled the car up and proceeded to show me a belt that was in good condition, and the transmission fluid pan which seemed to have fluid all over the bottom of it... I asked where the leak was coming from, the technician shakily pointed to a point along the seam and said the gasket was leaking. I wiped my finger along the section, and found nothing outside of normal grime. I knew something was up. I decided to check the fluid level which had been full roughly 5-6 weeks prior, and it was nearly empty. I replaced the fluid, let it sit, and found it to be leaking. I figured the gasket COULD be bad.. but I wasn't going to let her burn up her transmission.. I took half a day off of work, bought the fluid and gasket, and put it up on a lift. As soon as I started to pull the pan.. I knew what happened. EVERY SINGLE BOLT HAD BEEN LOOSENED! This shop drained her fluid in an effort to scam us into a $200 gasket change/fluid flush!! I proceeded to pull the pan, and found the gasket is in perfect shape... which I have preserved in an effort to prove to Firestone that they have crooks running this shop for them. It literally is in one piece, not over torqued, and could have been used again. I went ahead and replaced the gasket and fluid, and it runs fine, no leaks.. Their intentional sabotage could have resulted in a complete transmission overhaul.... I wonder how many other customers have been tricked into unnecessary repairs or have had their vehicles ruined by their intentional destruction. Needless to say NEVER TAKE YOUR VEHICLE HERE! They will absolutely try to scam you and will potentially ruin your car.

I went during my lunch yesterday to get my car washed at Carisma on Saratoga. Employees there talked me into getting my windshield dings repaired because my insurance would pay for it. I agreed. While they were "repairing" the small dings, one of the dings in my window cracked three ways in the driver's side edge of the glass with one of the cracks being over 6 inches long. Now I do not just have dings that are "repaired", I also have three huge cracks. I was subsequently given a business card for another employee at the Staples location, and told that he would repair the cracks later. I called him on the phone. He listened to me and insisted he was too busy to fix them right then, but could the following week. I drive over to the other location and put a "stopper" on the worst crack that had not worked its way all the way to the edge of the glass and could continue in the heat to crack further (note two cracks ran straight into the edge of the wind shield). While doing this he assured me that my window could NOT be fixed right then and there because they were too busy. He also told me I would have to endure them messing with the windshield again in an attempt to "fix" the damage they did to it before we could consider a window replacement. After I left, I could see in the area the he used a stopper that the lines from the crack are NOT going to vanish when he repairs it and he will have to drill at least two more holes in my windshield to "fix" it. Furthermore, I was told they would "help" me pay to get a new one if I allowed them to AFTER they tried to repair it. That's right "help" NOT them pay for the whole thing. I am livid for several reasons: 1. I had NO line cracks in my windshield before this incident. 2. I was late returning to work from lunch over this issue. 3. I was "put off" by Roland (the guy in charge) until next week to fix the damage they did because they were TOO BUSY to fix what they damaged right then 4. I was told that he was missing out on making money because he was having to deal with me instead of working in the carwash. 4. When I called Roland later to explain that I wanted a new window instead of the one they had cracked, he did not answer my phone call and did NOT call me back. 5. My husband went up there today and talked to Roland and he gave him the same dog and pony show that I would have to wait and that I would have to endure him trying to "fix" the windshield. Meanwhile the crack is growing....DO NOT LET THEM TOUCH YOUR WINDSHIELD!

I was there on 12/31/13, I normally just go to have my tires checked. I understand that Fastrax does not offer this service but I go by there since putting air on my own is a difficult task with Arthritic Hands! I di not get the mans name that approached me I just know this person was very rude to me and told me basically that they had no time for that! If I wanted to I can roll my Car back and park it! He said they would get to it in 45 minutes! He smirked and was very Rude!
