Auto repair service near Euless, TX

Took my car in to replace both front and rear gaskets for oil leak and replace the rack and pinions. My car on in their shop for 3 days. On the day I picked up the car and drove off, the car made a loud whistle sound, unable to turn my wheels. I manage to drive back to the shop and the owner had to correct the issue. The rack and pinion was leaking power steering fluids all over. part of the rack and pinions was left loose as well. As for the oil leak, my engine is still leaking oil. They did not made the repair to replace the front and rear gaskets but instead charge me for it. To this day which is 3/31/2025, my engine is still leaking oil. I am filing a law suit to recover my money they stole from me. DO NOT TRUST THESE GUYS. DO NOT BRING YOUR CAR HERE!!!! YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED! If there are a negative -5 Stars they deserve it.

Southwest Autowerks is the most honest, professional and reliable mechic shop in the DFW Metroppex. I highly recommend their services regardless the size of the job to anyone-especially BMW owners. They should be the first stop source for all mechanical needs but especially when you need a second opinion. The service here was OUTSTANDING AND FAST! I got my car back in less than 24 hours, and didn't miss a beat. Situation: Key became stuck in the ignition and I couldn't shut my car off. Solution: Contacted this location, and received excellent customer care, prompt service, and they didn't kill my wallet (that's what caused me to steer clear of the dealership when I had car first diagnosed). Convenience: Courtesy ride from apartment to dealership. Value: The price was almost $200 less than the first, recommended auto place I'd gone to (thinking the Dealership will make me pull out a vein). Whenever you need help with your Saturn, ask for 'Matt', the Manager. The automotive team is awesome, and the Representatives are professional and friendly. Mailed a check on Friday (1st). Talked with Candy on Saturday (2nd) and made her aware that check was in the mail. She said that was fine and that I could pick up my tags Monday or Tuesday once they received they payment. Stayed in on Monday, walked out Tuesday morning only to find my car gone. Called the dealer to find out they had towed it Monday afternoon. Turns out, Miss Candy hadn't felt the need to update my account notes when she talked to me. Even though I had made them aware of the payment, and Miss Candy had said everything was fine, and they did receive the payment, I was still forced to pay $200 of the $400 repo fee. And that's not even the end of it. Went in a few days later to pick up my car. When I opened the door, the passenger seat was leaned back, my c.d.'s were thrown around on the floor board, there were candy wrappers all over, and my GPS unit was nowhere to be found. When I went in to ask about this, the two females were too busy on their lunch to simply get me the number for the tow company. Not too busy however to talk about how it was my fault. I have 18 more payments on this car before I drop them. Stay clear of this dealership. Shady, shady, shady.

Workers are rude and very unprofessional. One in particular (the manager).

These people are by far the worst dealership I have ever dealt with. They sell junk and they are a buyer beware dealership. STAY AWAY. If it were 5 years earlier the elder man would not have made this deal... He would have known better. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THESE PEOPLE. They sold a 75 year old man a 2500 car for over 7,000. They sold it knowing it was a repo waiting to happen. They man has terminal cancer, Dementia and is Diabetic. The man can barely walk but yet they had no problem duping him in to a 350 a month car payment. His only source of income is his 1069.00 SS check. With the car payment and insurance he does not have enough money to buy food. I explained this to them and would not void the contract. They just said turn the car back in and they would not ding his credit. LMAO. He is 75 does not have a clue what day of the week it is much less make a sound financial decision. You should be ashamed of yourself!

Don't trust this business. They are running a shady chop-shop. They will tell you anything, then stab you in the back.
