Auto repair service near Joshua, TX

I moved to Cleburne over seven years ago. Not too long after coming to town, I needed some work done on a vehicle. I asked around and several folks recommended I go to John's Auto. Since then I've been back several times for different reasons because I drive older vehicles. They have always treated me fairly, and there haven't been any surprises. Once he told me what my problem was and suggested I might fix it myself more cheaply. The last time I was there the final bill was actually LOWER than the price I authorized over the phone. They stay busy, so sometimes I have to wait a day or so, but they always take good care of me.

took my altima in for a regular timing belt replacement and ended up being a nitemare to get the car back. it seems they dropped a bolt down into the motor and had to pull the engine to retreive it and then had the nerve to charge me for the labor. this place is not where you want to take your car as they simply dont care once its in their shop they know they have you on the hook. oh i also found he advertises to be ASE certified but there is no record of it--go figure

My car was broken down and I called Teaberry Enterprises the chief mechanic and principal owner is Scott. I was very much impressed with the service that I received this is a knowledgeable mechanic and an honest one. I highly recommend this mechanic to anyone who has any car problems

Took my car in to replace both front and rear gaskets for oil leak and replace the rack and pinions. My car on in their shop for 3 days. On the day I picked up the car and drove off, the car made a loud whistle sound, unable to turn my wheels. I manage to drive back to the shop and the owner had to correct the issue. The rack and pinion was leaking power steering fluids all over. part of the rack and pinions was left loose as well. As for the oil leak, my engine is still leaking oil. They did not made the repair to replace the front and rear gaskets but instead charge me for it. To this day which is 3/31/2025, my engine is still leaking oil. I am filing a law suit to recover my money they stole from me. DO NOT TRUST THESE GUYS. DO NOT BRING YOUR CAR HERE!!!! YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED! If there are a negative -5 Stars they deserve it.

As a woman, car repair can be intimidating and it's important to find a shop that I can trust. Kevin and Brian are some of the nicest guys! They are not necessarily the cheapest, but they are really reasonable and great to work with. They won't recommend work that doesn't need to be done. Before they had ever done any mechanical work for us, I had called because I had a flat tire. They came by, while I was gone, and aired up my tire. I came home and it was fixed! NO CHARGE!!! We keep our cars until they no longer work. One has over 150k and the other over 230k and B&M is helping us get every mile out of them! (They are hard to see from the road. I have a 1996 Cadillac Eldorado. I had a Check Engine light on and was missing. The voltage from the alternator was low on the meters.Bottom line, they found that the Alternator need replacement.It was determined that the spark plugs and coils were in good condition. Due to the age of the car, they decided that cleaning out the fuel injectors was needed. During the road testing to clear the computer, one of the coils went out and was replaced. What impressed me most was during the process of the repair they maintained a professional and courteous attitude toward the customer.Keep me well informed during the process. The car runs better then it has in over 10 years. I will not use any other shop for my work.

These guys are the most honest mechanics I have ever encountered. When others wanted to charge me for frivolous work that did not need to be done, Conerstone was there for me and fixed everything right the first time. Their rates are very reasonable, and it is the only place I have used for the last 5 years. Great reputation!

Derrick rebuilt my Lexus RX 300 transmission last September and had it in and out of the shop in 24 hours...outstanding service. Derrick was able to find the parts for the transmission from around the area and kept us in constant communication throughout the process. I brought my transmission back for a check up a few months ago and no error codes were discovered. Will recommend Elite to friends and family!

I was ready to leave Loyd Park in Grand Prairie and the front air leveling system was leaking air and would not raise the motorhome. Not drivable. So, I called Quality RV repair who I've done business with before, but turn out they don't work on the Freightliner chassis. Seconds later she is giving me Tommy's name and number. I called it but got voicemail. It was getting late in the day. My family had already gone home, so I called and arranged for another night, thinking Tommy probably would not call back. But a short time later Tommy did call. Said he would be out soon. Soon was very soon as it turned out. You don't find service people like Tommy very often. He crawled under the bus and determined the valve needed to be replaced. He called several places and left with the bad valve as one place said the may have one. Turns out no, but Freightliner Dallas did and he put it in will call. I drove to Dallas and picked up the part that night. Tommy met me back at the campsite 7 ish the next morning and fixed it. Apparently this part had been partially bad for a long time. My Motorhome rides better, handles better, is much quitter and sets higher then before. When I park I can tell the volume of air being released is much greater than bofore. Can't say enough good about Tommy. He gave me a very reasonable rate for his labor as well. We need more Tommy's in the world. Ken
