A few months ago, my son was involved in a fender bender (with only liability insurance) in which the hood and radiator were damaged. We took his car to 1st Car Care not more than 3 months ago to have the radiator replaced. Joe, owner and mechanic insisted that the hood would also need to be replaced and confirmed that all work could be done at his shop. Last night, while driving through the heavy winds, the latch separated from the car and the hood flipped up and noticeably cracked my son's windshield. This morning we took the car back to 1st Car Care and were told by Joe that he could not make repairs and stated that we needed to go to a welder for repairs but only a few months ago, he took our money for repairs and stated that he warrantied his work for 3 months.

I brought my truck in to get a leak in my oil pan fixed. it took 8 days to get my truck back the first time. a day after receiving my truck I noticed it was still leaking. under closer examination I found that one of the bolts holding the oil pan was stripped and would not seal properly. I brought my truck back a second time, Lee assured me it would taken care of. over a week went by without a call or update. I had to stay on top of him the entire time. I got my truck back the second time, and what do you know, its still leaking! brought it back a third time. this time around my car has been with them for 15 days! I had to call them again just to get updated on the progress of my car. I was told they couldnt get too it and it would be a few more days! UNACCEPTABLE! I asked for my money back so I could take it else where and I was simply told "no" I would not be getting my money back and he would continue to try and fix my truck. if you decide to take your car to lee, prepare to get a rental. because they WILL take their time. this has been the worse experience ive had with a machanic and this nightmare still isnt over. lee, you are a waste of time and money.
