This is my first experience with Japanese Auto Repair. What a great find! These guys really know what they are doing. Had a check engine light on my 2016 Prius come on. Upon arrival at their shop, the first thing I noticed was that David, the owner, had all of his training certifications and credentials for Toyota up on the wall which gave me a high level of comfort. I also got a real feeling of trust when dealing with Tony who took care of me. These guys are honest and take the time to explain the issues. Their pricing was also very fair. I am not a person that writes a lot of reviews. In fact, this is the first one I have ever written and I'm 58 years old but I must say I felt an unbelievable desire to share my experience that I had with Swift Auto Care in Royse City, TX. I am not from Texas; in fact I live and work about 250 miles from the Royse City area and was visiting a friend when I found myself 4 hours away from home with deadlines to meet at work the following day and quite frankly at the mercy of an auto repair shop to fix my car as I was in need of immediate service. In a world where it can be extremely difficult to find an honest mechanic at a fair price I have to say I was incredibly happy to find T at Swift Auto Care. Since that time I again found myself in a similar situation when I was in this area and my headlights quit working. I didn't have to think twice about who to call. T; the owner was not only willing to help he refused to let me pay him for this service. Huge thanks to T and the employees at Swift Auto Care for getting me back on the road and home safely. You are truly an asset to this community and a blessing.

There were a few problems in getting the job completed this time, which has not happen in the past. However, the car is running fine at this time.
