BEWARE!!!!!! Shop employees or manager robbed me blind. Seen my out of state tags I guess. Stolen over $2500 from me. He parks cars outside of there lot where no cameras are, also known for breakin he claims. Car was not broken into but just robbed by employees. Beware your vehicles are not safe from this establishment. Very shady. This would never happen under Sean the owner. Terrible management now!!

I have used 4 Automotive shops over the past 34 years I have lived in Midlothian. Some for convenience on small stuff like inspections or oil changes. I would have used Automotive Concepts more regularly but due to the demand for their 5 star level of service you must plan in advance to get your car in via scheduling. Well Oct 18th changed everything. I was in St. Augustine FL with family and grandchildren and the local Dealer had looked at my truck for loss of Coolant. Head gasket Blown and needs new engine but they cannot get one from the manufacturer nor could I get a remanufactured engine like Jasper. Truck is a 2017 with over 144K on Odometer! I paid $570 and had the truck shipped home and I also paid the $450 diagnostics fee to the dealer and another $650 in one way rental charges to Enterprise. i took several weeks to find, secure and have shipped a replacement engine. Meanwhile I knew I did not want the other shops to handle this I wanted Automotive concepts. I was very concerned I would not be able to get my truck back before year end. Jem and his team including Jake did a complete lift of the Body from the frame and did the entire replacement. All totaled the engine I bought and Automotive concepts charges came to just at $9500. The engine is not new or remanufactured because none were available NATIONWIDE! But with only 22754 miles on the Odometer, the replacement engine it feels like new. Included with the engine install Jim and Jake went through suspension and other systems and did replacements of components that at 144k miles needed to be redone. I am one very happy customer as my truck now feels like it is brand new and at $9500 I could never come close to finding a replacement vehicle! I immediately brought in another vehicle to have the suspension done and for any vehicle work in the future I will be going to Automotive Concepts. BTW as a financial Advisor the largest client I had was a Automotive firm out of Fairfax that sold out to Monroe Tire and Muffler in 2007 for $12 Million. I worked with that company for over 25 years and I knew every one of their technicians. It doesn't come any better than Automotive Concepts! 5 Stars all the way!

I have been coming here for the past three years to have my VW serviced. Employees are kind and professional every single time! They are always looking out for you. They are located off of Lake Ave - it's right across from the Willow Lawn Target. I've been taking my old Jeep to Leete for a few years now. I've found them to be fair with their pricing, informative, honest , and very reliable. The Jeep won't quit, and I drive it hard... this is a testament to quality work that's been done under the hood. Add to this the fact that when I put my vehicle in the shop in the morning, it's always been ready for me the same day! Call ahead to make an appointment. These guys are busy, and rightfully so.

Great service by John at the store. A little delay out in the shop but John stayed on top of it. Very good pricing on the tires I bought. Really nice experience. Store could use a better parking area...very crowded for customers to get in move around the lot.

We bought a used VW in March. The sales men were all dressed sloppily and weren't welcoming or professional. The finance rep told me I have no credit score. I told him I do, and it is the higher of the two (my husband and myself). I told him he incorrectly typed my SSN. He refused to input it again in my presence. That night I pulled my credit score on all three bureaus and there my score was, and still the higher of the two. He got quiet and short when we refused the warranty, which was the same amount as our used car!! Well, only 33.4 miles into driving it, the check engine light came on. 40 miles into driving it the front passenger side wheel wobbled upon accelerating. I was so mad, as I bought this vehicle to transport my two kids (who are both under two). I took it to a local mechanic as I did not trust VW. $2700 later, we have a safe vehicle. The mechanic said they did such poor work, with extremely cheap parts, "fixing" all the things that VW said they replaced or fixed, that VW caused to much more damage to the vehicle. The wheel was very loose, and unsafe. Leaks everywhere. Replaced so many other things. So disappointed. I should have known just by their disheveled appearances and lack of service that I was buying a lemon. Just so thankful my kids were not harmed while I was driving it. STAY AWAY from this dealership!!!!!

This place is extremely shady. They are extremely money hungry. My vehicle was towed and impounded from my apartment complex in the middle of the night. My mother is a disabled veteran and she parks in handicap spots, every night this company apparently drives by and is SUPPOSED to be looking for and towing non residents, but they would have seen my mothers vehicle in HER DESIGNATED handicap spot every single night to know its a resident and is parked in HER spot. But she has memory problems and one day forgot to hang up her handicap pass, that night they towed her car- knowing it WAS a handicap resident, and just an obvious mistake on her part. They are money hungry, this is just a few weeks from Christmas. They took our Christmas money and made it theirs. Merry EFFING Christmas.. It's Christmas time and they are looking to scrape together every dime they can. It was $150. Oh but it gets worse. I live in the far west end of richmond in hunters ridge apartment complex. They are located WAY down town, 16 city miles away in the ghetto south of the river. The crawler brothers towing office itself is also ghetto, run down. The side of the building is covered in grafiti. Its down some back road by a bunch of abandoned and run-down businesses, there is a fenced-in lot on their propery (i think, or next to it)with several-dozen broke down cars. They don't even really have a front door, it's a side door to a garage-type inside that they leave open. Their all African American workers stand by the door smoking newports and lead you in to a very run-down office inside. The lady that handles the money and gives you the release (some white lady) had a terrible attitude for no reason. Maybe the nature of the business turned her cold, but the entire place and everything in it is FAR From professional. Their signs that state things like cash only, this and that has misspelled words. IT GETS WORSE. It turns out my car is located on some other lot they own several miles fart

I had many bad experiences with this dealership as well! I was told by the "service writer" to take my business elsewhere because I complained about their poor service. My calls to their management were not returned. I finally gave up and had Suttle Saab of Newport News, Va. do the work. Their service level was great! DO NOT TAKE YOUR SAAB TO THIS DEALERSHIP!!!

I would never recommend taking your vehicle to Heims Transmissions. The owner drove my truck around town and drove it to his home where it caught fire. He never called me to tell me my truck caught fire till I called the next day check the status on my truck. He put out the fire with a water hose at his home. He never called the fire department till the next day. If I never called him to check the status of my truck I would have never known it was totaled. I took the vehicle back to him twice because the services were never fixed correctly. He will not refund my money that I paid him. Poor customer service and obviously he did not know how to fix a truck.

DO NOT RECOMMEND!! My truck was taken here by the dealership for a spray in liner, step bars, and rain guards, and we asked them to tint the front windows to match the back as well. All this was to be done and I was to pick up the truck from the dealership the next day. When I picked the truck up at the dealership the rain guards were never put on and the tint did not match the ack window like it was suppose to, it did not even look tinted. The dealership did not notice that the guards were never put on. Many phone calls were made but Premium one was not available - on vacation is what I was told. Several days later we called explained we were not happy with the tint and the rain guards were missing. Nancy said she had not seen the tint. I brought the truck for her to see and to pick up my rain guards. When I arrived she never even went out to look at the truck instead she called in the person that she outsources to do the tint to expain what is legal tint and what is not. We wanted the front to match the back, that is what we asked for but not what we got. They never called us to say it is not going to match because that is too dark and is not legaldo you still want it, they just put on what they say is legal. They insist that they told us it would not match. They actually wanted to argue this with me, 3 of them at once. It does not even look tinted. I explained I am not happy with it, I asked her to give me the rain guards, she said she was sending them to the dealership. I went into the parking lot and called the dealership who called her and asked her to give them to me. I went back in and I stood for several minutes in the lobby being ignored then when one of the men asked can I help you I said the dealership called and I am back to pick up the rain guards, he turned his back to me and never said anything else. I then looked at Nancy since she would not acknowlege it and I asked for them again thenshe said they have to install or it voids the warranty,
