My Jeep was having some sensor and noise issues so I took it in for Jerry to look at. He found the issues and let me know exactly what the charges would be to fix it. He had the work done as soon as the parts came in. I would highly recommend Jerry and will be going back for any issues that I have in the future. He was very professional and kind.

I know it was difficult to get the window up from being all the way down and having to deal with the electric latch. I appreciate the commitment and effort of the mechanic getting the job done in a relatively short amount of time.

This shop was awsome. Very fairly priced staff was awsome. My brakes became super soft and going to the floor and I called they were quick to get me in showed me what was wrong gave me a fair price and then took me home so I could get my kid off the school bus. The owner was super helpful and I was amazed at how professional and courteous everyone in the shop was. This is now my shop for all my repairs in the future I will never go anywhere else. Once your BMW is out of warranty, DP Motorwerks is the best place to go for any and all repair and/or service work. I have used Dave’s shop for my BMW 2010 128i since 2016. If you are taking the time to research BMW repair shops in the VB area, then I know you are probably looking for the same things that matter to me. I recently went by Marlin motors to look at Hondas, Nissans, and Toyotas. As usual day had 20 to 30 quality Honda, Nissan, Toyota's that were very clean and inspected.I was allowed to drive the car without the sales person with me I also was told to take the car to my mechanic and have a completely checked out. Which I don't know another dealer to tell you that these days. Also with a $500 refundable deposit you can take the vehicle overnight for 24 hours. Jeff Fox is very nice and his entire staff was as well. I felt very comfortable. I believe they are very honest and some good cars at great prices. I have had several of my vehicles in fro service over the past 8 months at Ocean Air, and I cannot say enough about how awesome these guys are. My 2005 GMC truck had the weirdest random problems that eluded several other shops in town, including a dealer, who gave me a large quote for something they weren't sure or right about. The guys at Ocean Air did a great job at a great price.

I want to rave about such a wonderful business! I stopped on my way to work this AM for gasoline for my car. I dread pumping gas before work because I have spilled it on my pant leg in the past. Anyhow when I pulled into the station an attendant quickly rushed out and asked to pump my gas. While the gas pumped he cleaned my windows and even asked if I needed additional services. When I offered to tip the man he said no, all women deserve this kind of service! I will always get gas from them! I recommend everyone do the same!

I've been a regular customer for fuel purchases for many years. For State vehicle inspections I've used someone else for over twenty years, but the owner retired so I decided to try Skymart (formerly known as Raceco). First I checked to see If I could find reviews and this site is one of a few I found. The BBB site gives it and F, they did not return a call to the BBB whenit inquired about a complaint. Several, actually the majority of the reviews/ratings were very poor/low, however there are also some very positive reviews and ratings. I and noticed that many of the poor reviews seemed to involve the service manager and communication. Feeling kind of lazy and not wanting to search to hard for an Inspection Station I decided to use Skymart with caution. First I called and spoke to a the service manager, I confirmed that they were doing inspections and that I would arrive well before their 4pm cut off. I also checked to see how busy and was told they should be able to get me done pretty quickly. When I arrived I parked first and went inside to meet the manager. I asked if she was the person i had spoken with about inspections and she said she was. She told me there was one car ahead of me. She had me fill out a form and in about 20 minutes or so the mechanic came into the waiting room to collect my form. We spoke briefly about my vehicle. He told me the inspection would take about 30 minutes and then he went out and pulled my truck in. About 30 minutes later I was leaving. The service was very good. I did observe that the manager has a very abrupt way of answering questions and responding to customers. I would say that in my case establishing good communication with her and the mechanic was key to a happy conclusion. I gave them 4 out of 5 stars because there was no warm and fussy from the manager, more of a take it or leave it attitude. I can see why there are so many low ratings.

THIS WAS THE FIRST AND LAST TIME I EVER GO TO KINGS GRANT EXXON. My electric cooling fan engaged when I first started my Jeep in the morning. This shouldn't happen. The fan should only engage when the coolant reaches about 200 degrees. The indicator light lit up on my dashboard. I took my Jeep up to the Exxon, I explained to them what happened and I would like a cost to fix it. I also told them it was probably just the sensor. A couple of hours later a mechanic called and said it would cost approx. $800.00 to fix my Jeep. I told him that was a outrageous price, don't fix it, I will pick up my Jeep in a little while. When I got there and asked for my key they said I had to pay $90.00 for a diagnostic charge. They never told me that it would cost $90.00 for a Diagnostic charge. So I paid the $90.00 in order to get my keys back from them. I went to Auto Zone and Auto Zone plugged their computer into my Jeep computer and said my cooling sensor was bad and needed to be replaced. Auto Zone didn't charge me for the diagnostic service. They told me the part will cost $15.00. I bought the part, went home and installed it. It took me 10 minutes to change out the sensor. My Jeep is running great and the indicator light is off.

Very poor customer service and the cars are over priced. The salesman "greet" you at the door but won't let you in the lot to brows and look at the cars unless you tell them what kind of car your looking for. Furthermore, they do not negotiate their prices. Their prices are firm and over priced. Then they want to hit you with their $600.00 processing fee even if you are paying cash for the car. The processing fee is supposed to be only if you are financing the car. They refused to lower the processing fee for a cash deal. It doesn't cost $600.00 to make a bill of sale and sign the title over to you. This is a major rip-off. And to take it a step further, They do not give you a good warranty. I will never go there again. Go to a real car dealership and you will get a much better deal by a professional sales person who will work with you on the price and a real warranty. Anyone that writes a good review on this page must be working for Drivers World.

I purchased a 2003 Jeep Grand Cherokee about a little over a month ago, and have had problems straight from the beginning!!!. 3 hours after I purchased the jeep it broke down, they paid to get it towed and fixed a fuse, I would have had to pay for the towing if I had it but I did not so they paid for that. Since then the rotors went bad as well as the front brake pads got those replaced, then the throttle sensor and the fuel filter, then I was starting to have over heating problem, so then the catalytic converter broke and the car broke down again, so now its a sensor problem, I have never in my life gone through this many problems this shortly after purchasing a vehicle!!! I am beyond pissed off, I cant do nothing about it because I signed a as is contract, which I should have brought a mechanic with me. After buying a car from Best Buy Wheels I found out from my sister that her and her husband purchased a car from then a few years ago and the car kept breaking down and they had to junk it, so heads up to anyone trying to find a reliable car from this company. If the problems don't stop I will have no other choice but to find me a lawyer who specializes in the lemon law, because this is just ridiculous 7 problems in less then 2 months!!!!

The Staff tried to pull a fast one on my wife, trying to take advantage of a woman. They Drummed up false problems with our 2002 Volvo which I went over with a fine tooth comb before she took it in. They said her signal lights were not "Amber Enough" That the "Wipers were bad" Just replaced 2 months ago. And Side Markers were not fastened correctly. Then they tried the Snake Oil. Mam your Tie Rods are Bad. It will be $700+ Dollars but we will waive the Labor charges on the other items if you have the Tie Rods replaced here. Illegal Under STATE INSPECTION RULES. There was nothing wrong with the Tie Rods. When I confronted the owner,and asked them to justify this, they threw me out of the store. When I said I wasn't leaving, I was calling the State Police to report this as Fraud. I was Grabbed from behind By some Muscle Head in a bear hug that bruised my ribs. I have had surgery, and had a chest tube in that area and it was re-injured by him. I was tossed to the ground. I am Currently Seeking Charges against the offending Parties. DO NOT PATRONIZE THESE BULLIES.

By far the WORST experience that I have had with an auto shop. I wasted two weekends there trying to get my vehicle inspected. After the first weekend, and all day wait I was informed that the vehicle didn't pass inspection. They quoted me $900 for the work, but I went to advanced auto and got all the parts and did it myself for $120. I took it back the next weekend and dropped it off at 9AM. Nobody called me all day, I had to call them. By 5PM I got frustrated that it hadn't even been looked at yet. The first call I got was from the manager at 8:30PM after they closed, after multiple calls and waiting for Dynell to figure out where there could possibly be a manager. He told his manager that they had contacted me a few times, but that was incorrect. Also, Dynell had the nerve to say that "we'll have to figure out who is telling the truth". They have a serious lack of communication in this shop, and they are scam artists. They had zero sense of urgency, because they weren't getting my money. I ended up having to leave it there overnight. I show up Sunday at 11AM and my car is still on the rack! So now I had to wait until they took it off again. Aside from their lack of communication and urgency, they damaged the front mudflap while lifting the vehicle. Their excuse? "It pops back after awhile", but there is obvious stress fractures in this hard plastic. BEWARE OF THESE PEOPLE!!

its frustrating that the DMV still makes you call Richmond ( a long distance number for me) just to ask a question that I have for the folks working at the Courthouse DMV Express in Virginia Beach. For all their efforts, its still NOT a kinder gentler DMV.
