But this recent experience was awful. I spent ~$1,300 fixing an issue, which they told me they fixed. I then trusted the fix and drove across the state to just break down from the same issue I went to them to fix, and in a very inconvenient location. Now I am spending money to get it towed, fixed at another shop, etc. What was the ~$1,300 for?
The entire process was smooth and problem-free. The gentleman at the c... read more The entire process was smooth and problem-free. The gentleman at the counter checked us in quickly and was friendly. The service was completed in the timeline given at check in and the cost was reasonable.
