These guys are great!

Great new tires and fast and efficient. Slight complaint on that they didn’t explain the price of the tires individually and what tires I was getting. Just gave a total with tires, service, and protection plan. Would have liked a little more explanation of what I was getting. Still very good service and product overall.

Arrived in Springfield MO with our Motorhome and a overheating problem. Pat with Mobile Diesel Repair suggested we contact Autocool Radiator and Truck repair in Springfield.They had to replace our radiator and air innercooler. I can't say enough about this shop, they went out of their way to fix our motorhome. Great service and great mechanics.The price of this work was well within reason. We made the trip back to Atlanta Ga with no problems.If you need radiator or AC work you will never go wrong with this shop. Great job.

Last year my boyfriend said I overpaid for a set of EURO TOUR tires on my 2002 Crown Victoria LX sport at Big O Tires ($662 and change). I chose them because all that came with the tires: free flats fixed, free rotation, and a free new tire within the first three years if a tire was unfixable due to a road hazard (excluding any self destructive act an owner could do). Well, fast forward to two days ago when I hit something metal laying in the road that popped my back tire and even put a gash in my rim. I was so nervous before I went. I had dealt with guarantees before where the company finds some reason to wiggle out of their promises, but there was no drama. They gave me a brand new tire for just the cost of installation ($12.62) and even rotated the tires since I was there! I was in and out fast too. I did call first to make sure they had the time since they do a lot of company fleets and can get very busy some days. Big O Tires in Springfield, Missouri is friendly and fast.

Roger's A-1 Custom Muffler is a great, honest shop. I was told I needed several repairs by another shop. I went to A-1 and was told I only needed one minor repair and they got the job done in about an hour. Honesty and efficiency are invaluable and at A-1 you will find that. Highly recommended!
