In inclement weather we popped a tire on the Interstate. We were right at an exit, drove on up the ramp and saw Plaza Tire. The two men on duty found a match for our all-weather tires, and in a half-hour we were on our way.

I had a TPS sensor go out. They were able to get me n right away & had it fixed in a half hour!

MY CAR BLEW OUT A BULB IN A HEAD;LIGHT. I WAS TOLD THE GRILL HAD TO BE REMOVED TO REPLACE THIS BULB. TAKING A LOT OF TIME, THEREFORE IT WOULD BE EXPENSIVE. PLAZA TIRE INSTALLED THE BULB WITH GRILL IN PLACE. SAVING THEM TIME AND EFFORT, AND SAVING ME MONEY.

Was unable to take my coupon

I stopped in this store 2 times with a remote start and the bypass that goes with it and asked if they could install it and both times I was told yes. My mom wanted a remote start for Christmas so I gave this one to my stepdad and he went to the store and got a $90 gift card to pay for the installation. I made the appointment and today when we got there, they said they couldn't use the bypass and that we would have to pay an additional $90 for one of theirs. Since this was supposed to have been a gift and I had been told they could do it, we asked for a refund for the gift card. The owner was rude and nasty to us, yelling at us that this wasn't their fault and refused to give us a refund. We argued with him that this was in fact their fault for having told us they could install the remote start. He finally went to his back room got the money for the gift card and practically threw it at my mom while telling her, " Get the F*** out my store and don't come back!" EXTREMELY rude and HORRIBLE business attitude!

Worst mechanic i have ever had the displeasure of using. Didn't even do most of what he said he did (old parts still on). Jerry rigged some stuff and doesn't work properly. Also sold one of my vehicles that was in poor shape out from under me when i told him to look at it and then didn't properly reimburse me.. he is a theif, con artist, very unpleasant person. His business needs to be shut down.
