I was particularly pleased when Mark not only completely replaced the rear brakes on my 02 Silverado 3500., but he also updated the Truck's computer with the latest software version! Now the truck shifts much more smoothly. On our 04 Honda Civic, we noticed that the coolant seemed to be needing replacement much too often. Mark, using chemical analysis, found that the head gasket was leaking. Mark and his crew were able to tackle this very labor intensive job and had the Honda back on the road in a few days. My wife bought a used corvette from this dealer and he was a very nice guy but.... we saw an ad he had in a auto magazine with this car and it was suppose to come with 2 tops and we only got one. We called him and asked him about the second top and he said he would get back to us about the second top and also about the stereo not working in the car and its been months with no reply.Sorry but now you lost our repeat business because there is no follow through after the sale and word of mouth is not good for anyone doing business to the public.
