By far the best Automotive service on the West Side of Fort Worth. Honesty, Integrity and Friendly service are my requirements and Tilden Car Care Exceeds them all. I went into Pep Boys in Lake Worth Texas on 4/13/2013 for a standard oil change. When I walked in there were 2 gentlemen working the front desk. One of those employees was helping someone else the other was on the computer searching for information. Once he realized he could not find that info he decided to acknowledge me. I'd been standing there for about 3 to 4 minutes before he looked my direction and i was only 1 1/2 steps away from him. Against my better judgement I let them go ahead with the oil change. Customer Service is not there strong suit. I will not go back and would not recommend this establishment to any of my friends.

Oh my goodness, where to begin! This business is the best! Dave, wife and his staff are the friendliest and most helpful people we have had the privilege of meeting in a long time. They are down to earth and extremely trustworthy. We traveled from Odessa, Texas to Joshua, Texas to pick up a used travel trailer for a good friend. We spent the night in Weatherford, because it was late at night and the wheel bearings on the trailer seemed to be getting hot. We telephoned several major companies and they did not service travel trailer tire wheel bearings. To our benefit we found Rydbeck Trailer Sales, LLC on the internet through searching for trailer service businesses. We called early in the morning and even though they were backed up, they worked us in. All four trailer tires were dry as a bone and the seals were of no use. We got all four wheel bearings packed and four seals replaced. They were very affordable and worked quickly to get us back on the road. We definitely had God's traveling mercies with us and we feel we were led to these wonderful people, not by chance, but by divine intervention. Have faith and God will provide. We cringe to think what could have happened down the road, if it had not been the possibility of getting this accomplished, before we headed home. We did make it to Odessa safely. We highly recommend this business and will tell all of our friends and family. I hope that the town of Weatherford realizes what an asset they have in their area! The service here was OUTSTANDING AND FAST! I got my car back in less than 24 hours, and didn't miss a beat. Situation: Key became stuck in the ignition and I couldn't shut my car off. Solution: Contacted this location, and received excellent customer care, prompt service, and they didn't kill my wallet (that's what caused me to steer clear of the dealership when I had car first diagnosed). Convenience: Courtesy ride from apartment to dealership. Value: The price was almost $200 less than the first, recommended auto place I'd gone to (thinking the Dealership will make me pull out a vein). These people are by far the worst dealership I have ever dealt with. They sell junk and they are a buyer beware dealership. STAY AWAY. If it were 5 years earlier the elder man would not have made this deal... He would have known better. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THESE PEOPLE. They sold a 75 year old man a 2500 car for over 7,000. They sold it knowing it was a repo waiting to happen. They man has terminal cancer, Dementia and is Diabetic. The man can barely walk but yet they had no problem duping him in to a 350 a month car payment. His only source of income is his 1069.00 SS check. With the car payment and insurance he does not have enough money to buy food. I explained this to them and would not void the contract. They just said turn the car back in and they would not ding his credit. LMAO. He is 75 does not have a clue what day of the week it is much less make a sound financial decision. You should be ashamed of yourself!

Don't trust this business. They are running a shady chop-shop. They will tell you anything, then stab you in the back.
