I used to think highly of this place, but boy has it really gone downhill. The place is jam packed full of cars but I never see anybody working on them...its just a hot mess in that garage. If you want to drop off your car and be in and out quickly....forget about it. These people move as slow as molasses running uphill during the wintertime. I had them look at a used car to tell me if there was anything it needed done to it. $90 dollars later they told me all it needed was an oil change and a tune-up. I said.....I JUST GOT THE DAD GUM OIL CHANGED YESTERDAY! They said, oh...UH...then it just needs a tune-up. A few days later, a friend of mine told me the steering wheel was off center and felt it needed to be aligned. Olson's never even told me this. So, I call them and the wife of the owner answered. I requested to speak with her husband, but she said he was too busy and that she could speak on his behalf. She was VERY SNARKY. I explained all that had happened and she said that when they look at a car for issues, they only look under the hood unless otherwise specified. I explained that I just bought this car and DID SPECIFY that I wanted it completely inspected. I also told her that her husband mentioned if I had a service done (the tune-up), some of that $90 could be applied towards another service. I told her I was interested in having the car aligned and wondered if they would still honor the offer for me. She said since it wasn't done AT THAT TIME, there would be no discount applied towards another service (an alignment). I said, now wait a minute. I would have had the service done at that time had I known to have it done. Not to mention when I dropped it off I told him to take his time since I didn't need the car right away. He had it for TWO WEEKS. I said certainly he can find a way to cut me a deal on an alignment. Is there any way you can talk to him about this and give me a call back? This woman literally said.....we need to put bread and butter on our table too, so I doubt he will, but I will give him the message. I haven't heard from these people since. TRUE STORY. So, needless to say, this post will go up everywhere I can possibly post it since.....I can be a little snarky myself. Never had issues with any of the employees, made me feel like a friend. Oscar at the Car shop has taken care of my 32 Ford Model B, and my 67 Mustang coupe. I have not had any problems with their work. Not the cheapest guys out there but they have a combined knowledge that is worth the extra dime. Fabrication, ASE mechanics, Dyno work. I will use these guys again! Even have coupons on occasion on their website.

To whom it may concern, I took my 2006 BMW M6 with 62,000 miles to Champion Auto Service because of the transmission light illuminated; the car transmission went on into failsafe mode with transmission light illuminated running; Gears did not selected, or changed. The transmission was stuck in neutral gear, and I could not restart engine. It took more than a month to get the car repaired. Therefore, I contacted the shop multiple times and I was receiving deviated responses from shop giving me vague reasons why the car was not ready. After a long waiting, I finally received a call from the shop informing me that the car was ready for pick up. The shop alleged fixed the car by replacing the clutch system. According to the shop, the car's clutch had to be replaced. The total repair cost to include labor and parts was almost US 3000.00 dollars. Based on this repair’s breakdown, mechanics did software update, and clutch replacement. After I made the payment, I received the receipt of payment with detailed work done in the car along with a 12,000 miles warranty for the repair. I drove the car for not even a week and the transmission light illuminated again. The car appeared to have the same aforesaid problem. Once again, I took the car to Champion Auto Service on or about October 1st, 2013 to seek warranty as agreed it on paper. I also found out that the shop took the car to the BMW dealer for repair there. I have been waiting for my car ever since and the auto service consultant continues to make deviated excuses to deliver proper service to the car. Recently, Mr Ray Davis, Champion Auto Service consultant, mentioned that a part was ordered; he also mentioned that the price for that part is almost US2000.00 dollars. I have found the following service bulletin in regard of M6 with SMG III; FC 4F42/4F43 - Hydraulic Unit Faults. Based on the malfunction codes, my car appeared to have the problems listed as follows: * SMG transmission goes into failsafe mode with Trans Light

I am not one to write reviews, however, I do often read them before visiting a new place. Let me preface this by saying when Daddy passed in 2019, I returned to help my elderly Mom in Killeen. I had to start asking around if anyone could recommend a good and “ honest” mechanic. Longer story short, I had met a mechanic I trusted, then he left his former employer and went to work here and spoke highly of them. I decided to take in my 2012 Nissan Murano (can’t remember now the reason), but they did a great job. In 2021, I took Mom’s 2005 Toyota Camry in — AC quit working. The repair job done and very competitive pricing. Last week (March 2023) I met the owner Richard. I went in with a power steering issue on a 2007 Ford 150 and once again, it’s fixed!! The turn around time I’m sure depends on the particular issue, but our turn around time has been approximately 2 days for our vehicles. I have had many experiences with mechanics and some have had very poor work ethics and customer service interpersonal skills. So as along as Richard, the newest owner of C & M, and his fellow mechanics, take pride in a gift God has blessed them with by having a skill as important as theirs, then I plan to continue going there and referring others to them.
