I have now had three exceptional experiences with the folks at Boerne Import Auto Works. They are fast, do good work, reasonably priced and have exceptional customer service. They've never tried to upsell me or try and get me to buy parts or service that I don't need or want. They have really gone out of their way to help me and each time they have gone the extra mile cheerfully and with great efficiency.

They got my old trucks AC Colder than its ever been before.

They replaced the timing chain in my Nissan Altima. They broke the chain oiler in the process. Completely destroyed the engine. Claimed it was somehow my fault. 2 months later, they finally replaced the engine with a used engine I had to pay for. Stay far away from these people. They also upcharge the parts they provide by a factor of 3.

Everything went very well. Best of all was that they employee who attended me spoke Spanish. I didn't have any problem expressing what I needed. Overall, I felt very attended to.

Honest, quick, professional! Called them for an oil change and wheel alignment appointment and they were able to take my Toyota Prius immediately. They did an excellent job, pointed out some things that I should get fixed, and told me how much I should expect the service to cost. It's a no-brainer to return to them again in the future.

David was awesome. He is a natural teacher; took me through his thought process, showed me the diagnostic codes and actual showed me under the hood and under my vehicle. These guys did a fantastic job today on my car. I had a very irritating noise coming from somewhere in my suspension. I had replaced a few parts on my own, but was becoming increasingly frustrated. The guys at the shop, especially Jacob, really were committed to helping diagnose the problem, and ultimately solving the riddle that was the noise. Thanks again, gentlemen. I shopped several transmission repair shops and got many stories and prices without any of them really looking at my transmissions. Option Transmissions did a scan of the car with the snap-on modus scanner then they told me what was wrong and what it would take to fix it.
