They replaced the timing chain in my Nissan Altima. They broke the chain oiler in the process. Completely destroyed the engine. Claimed it was somehow my fault. 2 months later, they finally replaced the engine with a used engine I had to pay for. Stay far away from these people. They also upcharge the parts they provide by a factor of 3.

They got my old trucks AC Colder than its ever been before.

They've never tried to upsell me or try and get me to buy parts or service that I don't need or want. They have really gone out of their way to help me and each time they have gone the extra mile cheerfully and with great efficiency.
