If you are looking for a great deal on tires, flat repair, tire rotation... these guys are the best. They don't have a fancy showroom, but they will take care of you quickly, professionally, and fairly.

The work performed was satisfactory, owner/mechanic is obviously knowledgeable and has been in business for many years. Like most auto repair shops, they so often fail to show their cost of parts plus the mark up, which can be significant depending on brand and who the wholesaler is. In most cases auto repair shops will buy after market products instead of OEM, which allows them to mark up the parts a 100 to 150 percent plus labor. This lack of transparency can cost the customer a good deal of money over an above what is considered reasonable. First consult a auto parts store for pricing on parts needed, you'll find that the retail pricing will be less than what your paying the auto repair shop. In most cases auto repair labor charges will exceed the cost of parts by 70 to 300 percent, a wide disparity indeed.

Service met my expectations. I was satisfied with the experience of the service personnel. Leaders, Doni and Jason, were excellent in explaining the pathway they were going to use to get Mercedes E350 repaired. I would not hesitate to use their services again.

I wanted to wait a bit before posting a review just to be positive I was as pleased with the work as I initially thought, and by golly, I am! Due to Covid restrictions (I guess) my regular repair shop has been closed, and my car was making scary awful noises as I drove (never a good feeling). Car repairs are never easy for a single gal that knows absolutely zero about cars, especially when looking for a new mechanic (get ripped off much)! Anyway, I was given a recommendation by someone I barely knew to go to Jerry at Christian's Auto Repair, and man oh man, am I thrilled I acted on the recommendation! My car is older (2008), and it is driving like a brand new vehicle. I look down and I am going 85 mph (I never normally speed in my "beater" car), and the ride is as smooth and quiet as a new car! Thoroughly pleased with the kindness and professionalism I received at Christians on Dallas Road in Grapevine, and I will be return there going forward for maintenance and repairs. This company has been wonderful to me! They saved my bacon a couple times! Charles came out and help me the first time and discovered some major things wrong with a car I bought. I found out it was bad. I was able to turn it in and get another wonderful car. And Charles came out before I got the wonderful car and help me out again. The receptionists are great and friendly. This is my first experience with Japanese Auto Repair. What a great find! These guys really know what they are doing. Had a check engine light on my 2016 Prius come on. Upon arrival at their shop, the first thing I noticed was that David, the owner, had all of his training certifications and credentials for Toyota up on the wall which gave me a high level of comfort. I also got a real feeling of trust when dealing with Tony who took care of me. These guys are honest and take the time to explain the issues. Their pricing was also very fair. Took my car in to replace both front and rear gaskets for oil leak and replace the rack and pinions. My car on in their shop for 3 days. On the day I picked up the car and drove off, the car made a loud whistle sound, unable to turn my wheels. I manage to drive back to the shop and the owner had to correct the issue. The rack and pinion was leaking power steering fluids all over. part of the rack and pinions was left loose as well. As for the oil leak, my engine is still leaking oil. They did not made the repair to replace the front and rear gaskets but instead charge me for it. To this day which is 3/31/2025, my engine is still leaking oil. I am filing a law suit to recover my money they stole from me. DO NOT TRUST THESE GUYS. DO NOT BRING YOUR CAR HERE!!!! YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED! If there are a negative -5 Stars they deserve it.

I have taken all my cars to Danny's for years. He is always honest, reasonably priced and fixes it right the first time.

Master Auto Tech is the best I took my BMW 750 in for low water level other shops said it would be 1000-1500 after they look at it, Antonio said to bring it and said 200.00 for the repairs. They were fast to complete.

I have a 1996 Cadillac Eldorado. I had a Check Engine light on and was missing. The voltage from the alternator was low on the meters.Bottom line, they found that the Alternator need replacement.It was determined that the spark plugs and coils were in good condition. Due to the age of the car, they decided that cleaning out the fuel injectors was needed. During the road testing to clear the computer, one of the coils went out and was replaced. What impressed me most was during the process of the repair they maintained a professional and courteous attitude toward the customer.Keep me well informed during the process. The car runs better then it has in over 10 years. I will not use any other shop for my work.

These guys are the most honest mechanics I have ever encountered. When others wanted to charge me for frivolous work that did not need to be done, Conerstone was there for me and fixed everything right the first time. Their rates are very reasonable, and it is the only place I have used for the last 5 years. Great reputation!

Derrick rebuilt my Lexus RX 300 transmission last September and had it in and out of the shop in 24 hours...outstanding service. Derrick was able to find the parts for the transmission from around the area and kept us in constant communication throughout the process. I brought my transmission back for a check up a few months ago and no error codes were discovered. Will recommend Elite to friends and family!

I was ready to leave Loyd Park in Grand Prairie and the front air leveling system was leaking air and would not raise the motorhome. Not drivable. So, I called Quality RV repair who I've done business with before, but turn out they don't work on the Freightliner chassis. Seconds later she is giving me Tommy's name and number. I called it but got voicemail. It was getting late in the day. My family had already gone home, so I called and arranged for another night, thinking Tommy probably would not call back. But a short time later Tommy did call. Said he would be out soon. Soon was very soon as it turned out. You don't find service people like Tommy very often. He crawled under the bus and determined the valve needed to be replaced. He called several places and left with the bad valve as one place said the may have one. Turns out no, but Freightliner Dallas did and he put it in will call. I drove to Dallas and picked up the part that night. Tommy met me back at the campsite 7 ish the next morning and fixed it. Apparently this part had been partially bad for a long time. My Motorhome rides better, handles better, is much quitter and sets higher then before. When I park I can tell the volume of air being released is much greater than bofore. Can't say enough good about Tommy. He gave me a very reasonable rate for his labor as well. We need more Tommy's in the world. Ken
