I want to thank Richard and the whole team who worked on my older SLK 320. I travel for work and she has been sitting for the past 2 years. I had her brought in, they diagnosed her needs and provided a written estimate and made recommendations for what was needed. The communication between Richard and I was through phone calls and e-mails as I was out of state the entire time. What a wonderful group of people who take amazing pride in their work. I was so happy when I picked her up and she was road and performance ready! I can’t thank you all enough for the amazing job you did! They changed the timing belt water pump the belts were bad they reinstalled them never called me I have multiple vehicles I'm very disappointed and will not return

WOW These guys are awesome! Their honesty and troubleshooting skills puts them over the top. I'm a 28 year Aviation Industry veteran and would highly recommend Transbuilt Transmission. I appreciate and know good mechanics when I see them. My Jeep Grand Cherokee had transmission related problems along with other electrical issues. Their diagnostics led them to an electrical module that was interfering with the vehicles communication data bus. They were honest about their findings and were very effective in the repair. WOW -- there just isn't a better or more fair mechanic on the planet. What a blessing Mark and his whole team has been to me and my son. We recently bought a classic Nissan Z and of course it came with some issues. Makr has been patiently working through the issues with the car as I find them -- quite honestly he and his team are thorough and get it right the first time everytime.

Been looking for a car for our daughter for weeks. Stopped by and felt NO "typical car lot pressures" Todd was friendly,easy going and comfortable to talk to. Needless to say we bought a FANTASTIC car at a FANTASTIC price. Our daughter loves it! And would definately return. My 2011 car stalled out multiple time and was accelerating when in park. Willow bend automotive called and told me my filter was dirty and once they cleaned that the problem went away however they found Multiple issues. Over 1500 dollars to fix it was a lot but we have to have a reliable vehicle. Fast forward to the day after we got the vehicle fixed we noticed it was missing a little when we slowed down or in park. A couple weeks later the car stopped while behind another vehicle on a busy road. The thing I brought it in for was NEVER fixed. So now more than 500.00 more they want to fix something that was supposed to be fixed. Unbelievable. Yesterday I asked the mechanic if it would cost me something and today they called back and told me a different story. I went by good reviews. Never again. I feel scammed.

Do not buy a vehicle from Musa. He buys problem vehicles that have been traded into big dealership and has his mechanics do enough to them to hide the problem just enough to sell them . He doesn't tell the whole story of what he knows about the vehicle. My vehicle had the thermostat removed to keep the engine temp down, keeping the oil thicker for enough oil pressure to keep the engine from failing. As soon as I put a thermostat in it and changed the heavy oil in the vehicle the oil pressure dropped and the engine failed. Plus the 4 wheel drive didn't work. He is not reputable and not trustworthy

This is a Mom and Pop auto repair shop. Mom, Judy and Pop, Jerry run a well oiled machine here. I am an experienced mechanic and they do all my repairs on my 2012 Odyssey. You need an appointment and it takes a few days to get your car in but the work is spot on. Judy manages the work flow and Jerry does the hands on. Very fair and professional work done on my cars over the past 5 years.

Scam alert! Rennen Imports will scam you! Avoid using this “repair shop.” The idiot with the annoying British accent knows nothing about Porsche or German motors. Read the previous reviews, the negative reviews are very accurate. This scammer “repair shop” tried to tell me that my Porsche was dead, and their only option was a new motor starting at around $22,000. After paying to have my car towed here and back home, then paying for their fraudulent diagnosis, I had to pay yet again to have it towed to a REAL repair shop where they were able to determine that it was a $900 part and after labor, everything was going to cost $10,500. A big difference from $22,000. Then when given a chance to make things right, the idiot tells me he was never going to repair the engine, he would have just bought a new engine to put in, even though that contradicts what he had previously said when he told me it was going to cost $22,000 to “repair,” not replace the engine. Even when given the chance to make things right, this place tried to argue and blame me. The idiot then told me it was my fault that I bought a worthless car and there was nothing he could do. Obviously, I should have read all the previous reviews for this place, as the previous reviews are loaded with customers experiencing the EXACT same garbage service. Read the reviews, look at the other people who were “quoted” insanely high prices and all went elsewhere and paid LESS THAN HALF what Rennen quoted. Previous reviews: Rennen quoted $4,000 – Customer got the repair done for $569 Rennen quoted $800 – Customer got the repair done for $500 Rennen quoted $669 – Customer got the repair done for $239 And that’s just the ones who took the time to write a review for this scammer shop. This doesn’t even include all the negative reviews that all have the same theme: brought my car to Rennen Imports, got the car back and this was broken, that was broken, and Rennen Imports takes ZERO responsibility for breaking anything. In closing, you have a scammer “repair shop,” up-charging customers for repairs by hundreds and sometimes thousands of dollars, and if that wasn’t bad enough, they’d break stuff on your car and claim they had nothing to do with it. If you like your car, enjoy not being scammed, and don’t want to spend 10 times what repairs should cost; I would HIGHLY suggest going literally ANYWHERE else. You would be 100 times better off trying to repair your car yourself with zero experience or knowledge of cars, since this would still be a more experienced and knowledge than any person working on your vehicle at Rennen Imports.

Only place I will take my BMW for repair. Ladies, this is the one place where being a female doesn't feel like they will take advantage of you. Fair, honest, fast, efficient team and also do a great job detailing your car. Always excellent customer service! -Suzanne
