Honesty! I have found Clay County Transmissions to be reliable and honest. I have had repairs done when needed and the techs have told me when I didn't need repairs. The repairs have always been done well and the follow up is included. I have not found a more honest or reputable establishment. I will return to Clay Count Transmission when I need work again.

I'm out 2 grand and still my car isnt fixed. These people are a joke, they are spiteful. Was told in addition to the problems I initially brought my car in for that I needed my brakes replaced. My husband does the brakes so I declined their 175 $ offer for a brake job. 1 week later when I'm back because the job that they did do wasnt done correctly, the first question they ask is did you get them brakes fixed? "No sir, not yet. My brakes are working perfectly, " He grunts kinda shakes his head. I think nothing more of the brakes until I pick up my car and i have no brakes. No one will ever be able to convince me that these people did not mess my brake up to prove a point. I also heard of a similar story from someone else , stories where you drive your vehicle into them and have to tow it home. I'm taking my car somewhere else. I'm out 2 grand and still have a messed up car. Do not use them. Find another mechanic

Unfortunately a rat took up residencey in the engine of my vehicle and chewed thru a bunch of wires. Plus my ac was having problems. If you give Lee the time,he will give you an honest estimate and repair. Great place to deal with!!

Had my M3 towed to them after an accident. They did an excellent job getting it back to one piece, in weeks, not months. They were very knowledgeable and kept me informed throughout the entire repair process, while dealing with the insurance company, making it a lot less stressful on me. Two thumbs up from this guy.

Dave has worked on my family's cars for years and we were so upset to move out of state because we worried we would never find a mechanic like him again. Since all autos these days are run by computers, they keep up on the latest diagnostic technology; then apply this new technology to your automobile. Doing this will most likely pinpoint your problem, saving you time and money. If you give them an opportunity I’m sure they will meet your auto repair expectations as they did mine. I was new to the Jacksonville area and needed to have some work done on my car. I called over to Tubels and they fit me in that day. They diagnosed what was wrong with car and even fixed it that day. I guess that is why they must be one of the top auto repair shops in Jacksonville FL.

AA AUTOMTIVE lives up to their mission statement. My experience with Sam and his company was fantastic. I am located in NY and my daughters car was in Jacksonville stuck at a Subaru dealer with a $15,000 repair bill. Looking for a storage company, I was introduced to Sam. He helped create a plan to pick up the car, check the vehicle for all necessary repairs and fix the vehicle. Sam communicated daily and was dead on of his original estimate. His team was professional, efficient and considerate! To find a mechanic with a talented and professional team 1600 miles from home was a blessing. Chris came to my rescue today. I just had my oil changed at the oil change place down the street and the next time I started my car there were multiple warning lights on. He hooked it up to monitor, opened the hood and said "here's your problem" as he reconnected a hose. I was on my way in 5 minutes and he didn't charge me. We have used Westside Automotive for many years for our vehicle repairs and always been satisfied. I guess I should have used them for the oil change too so it would have been done right. I lost my diamond ring, or so I thought...the kind Chris found it while shampooing my floor board carpet. He placed in a bag with other personal items he found ( cozies, sunglasses etc) and placed those items in my trunk. HONESTY will get my return visit every time

Beyond slow... Was told the previous day "be here at 7:45 and you'll be the first in" since I've been here at 7:45 now 9:25 there has been 2 people in and out before me... Sitting here for nearly a hours now and have yet to look at my truck.. Last time I was here I sat for an hour and then he said they won't be able to get to it... I do not recommend this place unless you have all day to wait.

I had my Dakota trans overhauled at this shop and have nothing but shifting problems despite bringing it back 3 times it's still was not right! Got tired of dealing with the rude manager and took it to another shop to make it right. Never again.
