My car was broken down and I called Teaberry Enterprises the chief mechanic and principal owner is Scott. I was very much impressed with the service that I received this is a knowledgeable mechanic and an honest one. I highly recommend this mechanic to anyone who has any car problems

This is the best automotive shop in North Texas. Most honest and reliable guys in the business. Louis has been nothing but honest and has shown me the issues with my vehicle instead of just telling me. I would travel over a 100 miles to have these guys work on any of my vehicles.

Do Not Go Here!!!! I went in after having my car diagnosed with the dealership and one other shop. I was just looking for an estimate as I was calling local shops. I needed an evaporator core for the air conditioner. Aamco would not give me an estimate. Said they had to see the car and that they had a special machine that could detect the coolant leak. I was desparate not to have to pay the $1500 the dealership wanted so agreed to let them look at it. They said it needed two new valves for $300. Great, Right! Yes, until the next day when there was no air conditioning again. I called them back and now they said it would cost as much as the dealership's discounted rate to fix the car but they would do me a favor and take a cut on labor to get it down to $975 for me. Wow, their cut was higher than any other local shop except the dealership. So now I have to pay to get the part fixed that I needed fixed and this shop scammed me out of an additional $300 on top of that. Do Not Go Here! They want to look like they are doing you a favor and saving you money but in the end they are going to get your money.

I had a hood repainted on a 2005 Ford Expedition due to lost of the clear coat and paint. Being an older car, I was worried about matching the color, I needed not worry, it's a great match and a professional job. I tell my grandkids, "Look at my new car!" I purchased a used 2006 Range Rover from Hamdy the onwer on eBay.I live in FL. Car looked great in photos and listing. Talked to Hamdy he said everything worked great on car, no issues. Purchased car and had LemonSquad inspect it. Hamdy must have paid off the inspector to give me a decent report as none of these obvious flaws were mentioned. Immediately upon delivery by driver that Budget Motors hired I found lots of issues with the car. The engine would not idle, needed full tuneup/throttle body service $1,000. AC compressor was broken, mechanic advised that seller overfilled Freon to try and hide problem $1,800 repair. Brake rotors are severely warped, there was a bolt stuck in the front tire. There was also extensive body damage, deep scratches and scars from minor accidents that he tried to fix with touchup paint. None of this was disclosed to me. Several other issues including blown speakers, glovebox broken, etc. I asked Hamdy in writing to reimburse me for repairs several times over the last 2 weeks before leaving this feedback and he would not even give me the decency of a response. I would not trust these people as far as i can throw a stick. I would be willing to go into more detail to anyone who wants to know about his shady practices of selling cars out of state.

Joe performed diagnostic work on my 2003 VW Jetta. Identified multiple issues that other mechanics were unable to find and repaired those issues. Joe used the best value parts from a reputable source and charged very reasonable man hours. Great work!

Southwest Autowerks is the most honest, professional and reliable mechic shop in the DFW Metroppex. I highly recommend their services regardless the size of the job to anyone-especially BMW owners. They should be the first stop source for all mechanical needs but especially when you need a second opinion. I took my vehicle (Acura TLX) to have the AC filter, cabin filter and break fluid flushed and was in and out with my two little ones in no time at all! The service here was OUTSTANDING AND FAST! I got my car back in less than 24 hours, and didn't miss a beat. Situation: Key became stuck in the ignition and I couldn't shut my car off. Solution: Contacted this location, and received excellent customer care, prompt service, and they didn't kill my wallet (that's what caused me to steer clear of the dealership when I had car first diagnosed). Convenience: Courtesy ride from apartment to dealership. Value: The price was almost $200 less than the first, recommended auto place I'd gone to (thinking the Dealership will make me pull out a vein). Whenever you need help with your Saturn, ask for 'Matt', the Manager. The automotive team is awesome, and the Representatives are professional and friendly. These people are by far the worst dealership I have ever dealt with. They sell junk and they are a buyer beware dealership. STAY AWAY. If it were 5 years earlier the elder man would not have made this deal... He would have known better. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THESE PEOPLE. They sold a 75 year old man a 2500 car for over 7,000. They sold it knowing it was a repo waiting to happen. They man has terminal cancer, Dementia and is Diabetic. The man can barely walk but yet they had no problem duping him in to a 350 a month car payment. His only source of income is his 1069.00 SS check. With the car payment and insurance he does not have enough money to buy food. I explained this to them and would not void the contract. They just said turn the car back in and they would not ding his credit. LMAO. He is 75 does not have a clue what day of the week it is much less make a sound financial decision. You should be ashamed of yourself!
