Tire balance and rotation. Got me in, got it done, very happy. Needed special wiper blades for my Audi. Checked 3 other shops they were able to oder and install 2 days later. I looked for w weeks for wiper blades. Plaza tire to the rescue!!!!

Thought my car was pulling to the left and possibly needed an alignment. It was driven and no work was needed. Always appreciate the help and competence of the guys!

I ordered my tires about a week ago then I had an appointment on a Tuesday morning when I get there. All of a sudden my tires are not there. I have to reschedule everything and had to get another appointment because you guys couldn’t get my tires there on time and I feel I should’ve got more of a discount Than what you gave me

5 starI was fortunate to spend Spring Break at Disney with my 3 boys along with my dad and Diane. Got to see fellow Kankakee County people there as the Marching Boilers marched in a parade at the Magic Kingdom and had a super great time. On our way back, apparently due to shotty work done during an oil change here, my mini van had some problems and my boys and I were stuck in Mt Vernon Illinois yesterday not sure we would make it home today or even by Monday. I was given a name, David Parker, owner of Parker Automotive, in Woodlawn IL just west of Mt Vernon on HWY 15. He made sure our van was brought out to him and stayed late on Good Friday to let me know what was wrong. Luckily it is nothing major, just something that occurred during my oil change here. David showed the true meaning of Easter. This morning looking at being stuck in a hotel room til Monday, he lent me a car to drive us back so we can be home for Easter. Helped me change the tires!

Loss of traction, needed balance and alignment. Called me before making any maintenance actions. Very respectful and they Always take care of my truck.

We went through the car wash tonight but was not satisfied with the job it did. It looked like the soap must have been almost out because it barely put any on the car. Then it didn't seem to rinse it off all that well and then as we were driving out the dryer just didn't dry all that well. We've used other Dirtbuster Carwashes and have always liked the way they cleaned the car but after spending $10 we were very dissatisfied with this one tonight, July 10, 2017. We didn't see an attendant while we were there so don't know if there was one there or not.
